What is crazy to me is that people are reporting that they received fake or inauthentic merchandise. I received nothing and was scammed out of $1500. No response from this company, TOTAL SCAM, save your money and go elsewhere, these people will steal from you and your bank is powerless to get your money back.

UPDATE: After reaching out yet again to the company, I was told by them to call the police. They know that once they get your money you have no recouse against them.

Brand Master Wholesale is a major scam operated by fraudulent individuals. The company is run by a group based in Pakistan, and all of their products are sourced from China. They sell counterfeit and imitation goods, and after listing their products, my Amazon account was deactivated. Do not trust this company — they are deceiving customers and causing serious harm to Amazon sellers. Shame on this operation for scamming innocent people.

This distributor is a total letdown! They claimed to be an authorized distributor for Durvet products (like Ivermectin Paste 1.87%, ASIN: B0CWXVYYYS) and pushed for a purchase. Their invoice was submitted to Amazon but got rejected repeatedly because they’re NOT authorized – even Durvet confirmed it! This caused major issues, including account deactivation risks and stuck inventory. Their service is unreliable, and using their invoice can lead to your Amazon account being deactivated too. Avoid them to save yourself from big trouble!

This is a total scam. Scammed me out of thousands of dollars. Will have to give them a lawsuit.

The products are all fake. They come from the fake Chinese manufactures. The worst part is they even sell supplement's, which are fake and can affect peoples health.

After they sell you fake stuff, and you catch them, they stop responding to you, and never give you a refund. Their "phone number" is fake. Try to call it, it is disconnected all the time. They only conversate over WhatsApp, because they used some weird service to connect a US number from India or Pakistan or wherever they operate from.

Amazon never accepts their Invoice, calls them out as fake suppliers. This incident is as of 5/1/2025.

From talking to other buyers, who got scammed from them the word is they pay for fake reviews on these platforms.

I AM FROM A COMMUNITY OF WHOLESALE SELLERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA, AND WE HAVE SEVERAL SELLERS WHO HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WALMART AND AMAZON ACCOUNTS BECAUSE THE PLATFORMS REALIZED THAT THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT ORIGINAL. SO BE AWARE OF THIS SUPPLIER THAT IS OPERATING FREELY IN THE UNITED STATES. TAKE CARE OF YOUR MONEY.

BUT PEOPLE, LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS OUT THERE, THEY ARE FOR THE SAME REASONS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Everything seemed fine at first, but when Amazon deactivated one of my listings due to customer complaints, I discovered the truth — the products they sell are counterfeit and sourced from China. None of the authorization letters are legitimate, and Amazon does not accept any of them.

They say you can pay with card but then tell you that their system is 'down'. Fake company that sells fake products. Don't let their fake 5 star reviews on here trick you, they are fake as well. You can tell because all their good reviews seem to come in on the same days. They don't answer phone calls and the address on their website in a random house in Texas.
