Good quality item, clean packaging

It is first time customers and I didn’t write my address correctly. The package was returned to them and contacted customer service they were helpful after they received the item they edited my address as I requested and sent me on next day delivery so I give them five stars.

Beware of this store and I recommend using another retailer. I bought a pair of lacoste trainers which upon inspection one shoe was deteriorated or poor quality with the other shoe having spec's of white mold. I sent them back paying for the postage but didn't receive a refund until over a week after they'd received. When I got my refund they even took another £4 so in total I actually lost nearly £10 for nothing. Very shady retailer and I will never shop with Brandedwear ever again. #1857

I bought a jacket from here and it was too big I returned the jacket the same day by recorded delivery with the return packaging note inside it and waiting for my refund over two weeks. I then received the item back saying there is no original packaging with barcode on and Also said no labels or tags on the item it never came with any tags on! I sent it back the way it came and now they are saying I can’t have a refund they have kept the original packaging because I send it back the same day with the return note in it and made an excuse not to refund my money absolute Disgrace!

Ordered on 11th April and it’s now the 17th April and my order has still not even been dispatched. Contacted customer service twice and have had no response! I had chosen the Royal Mail 48 delivery so my order should have been delivered by now! Would give 0 stars if that was an option!

Brandedwear had stock of these somewhat hard-to-get-hold-of Jeans. Had most sizes. Genuine items at great price. I'm buying more!

Found what I was looking for come quickly

Fast delivery. Ordered a top in size 2xl as I knew some designer brands can be a little snug fitting. The top was still far too tight. Not the fault of the seller, more a problem with the manufacturer. Fits my 15 year old son fine, so he's kept it and is over the moon.
