Color me impressed.
We started using Brand Assurance software at our community because the COO decided we need to have a better way to handle reviews. Now normally, the software they pick ends up adding more to our workload at the office and doesn't really improve anything. For once in my life, I was surprised. Using their dashboard, automatic follow-up and notifications saved us time in our office because we didn't have to follow up with every maintenance request. To top it off, it helped improve our reviews on Google by 1.2 stars and I know exactly which residents are having issues so our team can dedicate more time to delight them.
If I ever switch property management companies, you better believe I'll be pushing to use Brand Assurance.
