Love the product. However the packaging needs consideration. The refill pouch for the hand soap needs to be dispensed within 5 days of receipt into the dispensing bottle, otherwise the packaging will start to 'decompose'. (As I learnt to my cost when it leaked all over my wardrobe and clothing). No expiry date on the product pouch. No warning on the product packaging decomposing on the product. Customer Service not very sympathetic or helpful (didn't offer to replace, but hid behind their website blurb - which has now been updated since my purchase). Has put me off using this product.

Beautiful products but the plastic bottles are so stiff it’s extremely difficult to use them. Definitely need a plunger but apparently not available for 100 ml size.
Needs addressing.

Great quality, and helpful and generous customer service.

I made a purchase from this company and specifically opted out of marketing emails. Despite that, they added me to their mailing list and started sending promotional messages anyway.

For me, this shows a lack of respect for customer choices and poor data-handling practices. It’s disappointing from any business — but especially surprising from a B Corp, where higher standards of transparency, responsibility, and ethical behaviour are expected. This experience didn’t reflect those values at all.

I’ve now unsubscribed, but I shouldn’t have been added in the first place. I hope they review their processes and bring their actions in line with what being a B Corp is supposed to represent.

Bramley's customer support is one of the best I've encountered, they're super helpful and quick to reply to emails.

Beautiful products, great customer service. products simply and beautifully packaged, wonderful scent, lovely natural ingredients that also work. Great customer service, a pump was broken on arrival, replaced in a couple of days with a new pump, a spare and a sample of a couple of they products. Would and will buy again and recommend wholeheartedly.

Fabulous products! Saw this hand sanitiser being used at a 5* hotel and loved the smell! So have bought some online and came beautifully packaged and with a free gift. Would 10000% recommend and will use again!
