My package never arrived. Somehow the address got changed on your label and it was returned to the store and I have heard absolutely nothing.

I had two fragrance oils leak during delivery, but this was resolved quickly with new bottles which I reallllly appreciate. Also, the scent is so beautiful. Really happy with the fragrance oils.

Love everything I received. My turmeric powder wasn't sealed completely would be my only complaint.

The aromas of the fragrances are all off. They smell more like chemicals and smell odd when mixed with oils, butters, and soaps.

I think this is my first order from you . The oil was a disappointment. It feels watered down . Probably wont be back . I was looking for quality from a mame people rave about . Small companies are better . And will get my business.

Customers order kits and they don’t supply instructions with the order!! Customers have to print from their site? What if someone does not have printing abilities? They can do better with what people play for their products!
