Do not be fooled by the marketing. This watch is a generic White Label (OEM) product manufactured by the iSSmartwatch factory. It is sold under various names like BP Doctor Pro 17 or Kardena Care Air 3, but the hardware is identical and fundamentally flawed.

The pneumatic blood pressure system has a major engineering defect: it relies on a cheap passive friction-fit coupling without any mechanical locks or O-ring seals. Due to poor housing tolerances, the rubber tubing eventually suffers from "mechanical creep" and loses its seal under pressure, making the device useless.

The manufacturer is well aware of this failure. In the newer Pro 18 model, they have somewhat addressed this flaw by redesigning the pneumatic node. This change is a silent admission that the previous versions (which they are still selling) are defective.

Worse, while they charge a "premium" price of $249, the exact same hardware is available on wholesale platforms for as low as $50-$70. You are paying a 400% markup for a product with a known expiration date.

Don't waste your money on rebranded, low-cost generic units with built-in defects. Their customer support will ignore you or ask for more money once the system fails. Consumer fraud at its finest.

I am trying to follow up regarding my order and no response. There is no phone number that I can reach at and getting no response via email.

Imprecise and uselessDon't buy it! It's very imprecise, pressure and other values are not even close to the real values measured with professional instruments. The menus of the software are not completely translated, and many items remains in chinese. The interface is not very friendly, the navigation wheel is imprecise. I don't think it is worth the price at all. Furthermore is very difficult to have explanations about the return policy, the answers are given with big delay (days). At the end the return can be done but the refund will be deducted of 30 $ which is the value I would pay wor this watch. Very negative experience.

My Med 14 worked well until today (slightly less than one year after I received it). Air Pump for Blood Pressure measurement fails to adequately inflate Airbag (perhaps a failed seal). Waiting for response from company (chat was not responsive), entered "Contact us" request.

So far so good. Hope it last at least 1year. I just got it today

I didn't know this bpdoctormed store, but i was very impressed by its website.

I checked it out and saw the seriousness in the presentation and technical information of its products and I also felt very confident in the attention provided by the customer service area reponding emails very fast and technicaly well explained.
So I decided to buy the watch because of them and I would buy another one at some point.

No way to calibrate the watch. Tested with 2 differents blood pressure machines many times and the watch is way off. My body temperature is 37 with 3 différents thermometers and the watch says 36. Very disappointed. This is not a quality product it's cheap and useless. I feel scammed. 😡👎

RESPONCE TIMES GREAT AND POSTAGE OUSTANDING TIME FRAME. THEY ALWAYS RESPOND AND HELP . Watch was packed well and seems good quality. It's a bit basic far as smart watches go but has all the medical stuff. Some work good some ok. Over all a 7 out of 10

Acquistato un BPdoctor 15 pro ,sul loro sito ufficiale, circa un mese fa ,oltre a sbagliare ad inviarmi il doctor15 qualche giorno dopo comunico dello sbagliato x mail e mi chiedono se voglio tenere quello che mi Hanno inviato erroneamente rimborsando mi una parte dei 206€ spesi io dico no voglio quello che ho ordinato me lo inviano meno di un mese fa ,mi sono subito accorto che a parte la pompetta che si può attaccare e staccare dal bracciale per misurazioni più accurate , lo stesso effettuava misurazioni blande e imprecisissime , per esempio impostando dall' app il valore relativo all' acido urico lo stesso restituiva sempre il valore che veniva impostato dall' app effettuato poi controlli incrociati con veri misuratori di pressione sanguigna si manifestava differenze notevoli avvolte con valori molto alti ed allarmanti altre volte con valori troppo bassi e veritieri infine ieri premetto ha meno di un mese di vita lo Smartwatch scrive sensore ppg e ECG rotti ,scrivo all' azienda produttrice che mi chiede di reinviarlo pagando la spedizione circa 15$ e se poi decidessero che la colpa della rottura dei sensori interni fosse mia moglie addebiterebbero anche la riparazione ebbene non solo ho rifiutato il loro intervento a questo punto tenendomi un orologio inservibile x quanto mi riguarda orario a parte ma se qualcuno nonostante io lo sconsiglio lo volesse comprare non compratelo dal sito ufficiale perché rispetto a siti terzi lo stesso si trova ad un terzo in meno a ciò che vi vende il sito ufficiale sconsigliatissimo .

The smart watch healthwear app installs on my android version 8.1.0 phone but does not let the phone connect blue tooth to the smart watch.
Also, the readings like pulse and blood pressure are indicating incorrect numbers and not finding an option to calibrate.

For example pulse indicates 58 when correct number is 120 per regular hospital cuff.
For example BP indicates 104/58 when correct number is 124/84 per regular hospital cuff.

Also, I checked my other similar competitor Vita smart watch which works well and matches closely with the hospital cuff.

Looks like a poor product or poor firmware. May need to try to return.

I needed to change my order and reduce the quantity. I accidently ordered 3 units and wanted to change the order to 2 units, when Paypal kept trying to push the original order of 3 units cost and the order change was never made I am still trying to cancel the order. It is under review on Paypal for my cancellation request.

I had actually bought the watch because of the blood pressure measurement function. But unfortunately it fails miserably.
