Paid promptly but reduced the agreed price by five pounds because they said they did not have my bank details . I have read elsewhere that other people have complained of similar reductions . I wouldn't use them again on principal.

Free envelope was here in two days, had great choice weather to just post it threw post box or take it to post office to be tacked for FREE which I thought was great it also covers the phone for upto £50.
