Yeah this course is brilliant, the videos are broken up into easy chunks. You can always get in touch with the coaches for any advice or help. I loved round 1 so much that i will definitely be booking onto the round 2. Even if you have no intention to coach boxing and just want this to learn how to box yourself, Do yourself a favour and pay for this course now!

I took the Level 1 and Level 2 Boxology Course in mid-September and late October, respectively. In both cases I flew from Switzerland, and I would have easily flown from much further to experience it all again.

What was very clear to me early on was that Cathy & Greg do this out of passion and love for the sport, and to help people coach others in the most correct way. There is no "conveyor belt" approach - they take their time to explain the techniques, work with you on the parts you find difficult, correct you so you get it right, and have you coach it back. This approach left me feeling much more confident in explaining techniques to others, as well as step-changed my own boxing.

I found the course to be very balanced, with a lot of thought evidently put into it. Both Levels had a nice mix of theory and practical elements, while the way the Levels were divided made sense from a "difficulty" standpoint.

Lastly, there is one more thing that I'd like to note because I think it's truly special. From the moment I stepped foot into the dojo, Greg & Cathy made me feel like I was part of a family instead of simply attending another course. The sessions were filled with laughter and interesting stories which made the time extremely enjoyable and fly-by all too quickly.

Greg & Cathy - what you deliver is exceptional in quality and one-of-a-kind in execution. Keep doing what you do, and I hope to see you for Level 3 once it's live!

Loved this course, it’s brilliant for people of all levels of boxing. Was a honour to take the course especially with Cathy and Greg as coaches, there knowledge passion and dedication is second to none I knew I was in good hands it was a real privilege to learn from them. I got tips and pointers through out the course and in-depth videos to help you every step of the way.

10/10 It was fun, challenging and rewarding, I can’t wait to start round 2.

Clearly they are extremely passionate about boxing, but what also shines through is their passion for coaching - not just for people wanting to learn boxing as a skill or fitness, but also for coaches of the future.

The course was delivered in a way that enables students to actually absorb the information they are given and perhaps crucually, there is a real emphasis on making sure students actually understand "why" things are done a certain a way.

Lastly, they are genuine people, very down to earth and approachable with any questions you may have. I'm sure I'll be back on a course with them at some point in the future and actually look forward to it

I loved this course!! Highly recommend it for anyone interested in boxing, health, fitness, coaching, and also just to learn from such experts as Cathy and Greg. Not only are they excellent teachers, and successful athletes in their own right, but they are also great people to be around. Right in the heart of Soho for great lunch options too! I learned so much, I feel better, and have become more confident in my boxing—and coaching—techniques. 5/5 all round.

Firstly Boxology webpage was visual clear, and answered all possible questions I had. Very professional lay out.
The course was two days. Went in a blink of an eye, as it was so fun. We covered all the basic to boxing, from how to move, a basic guard, hand wraps, how to throw all the punches, combos. I have a little experience in the past, but these guys taught me extra ranges of motions in my punch incorporating extra speed and power. There was banter throughout the course from both Cathy and Greg. Both quality people.
I can't wait until round 2.

The Boxology Round 1 course was all I expected for an online Boxing course. The content was very thorough and the book and video explanations clear and straightforward. I received feedback and useful tips form Greg which made the online experience very enjoyable. I wish I could take the in-person course in the future, but I would definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in learning how to be a good boxing coach and who only has the possibility to take the course online.

I have completed the Boxology level 1 course with Cathy and Greg, and could not recommend it enough. We had 2 amazing days together going over the theories and moving into the practical training, really great content. Looking forward to level 2 and all the new products/content they are releasing.

Wow! Such an excellent course. Probably the best course I have ever done! So much fun and I learnt so much.
I wanted to learn how to hold boxing pads correctly to work with my PT clients without hurting myself or my client. I had never boxed before!

Essential safety measures like wrapping hands are the first thing you learn with Boxology which isn’t even taught on other popular pad instruction courses for personal trainers!

Footwork, guard, jab, cross, hook, roll, slip combos are all taught explaining the why behind every move. Even showing videos of famous fighters and breaking down there movement defence, counters and offence.
Greg and Cathy have an insane amount of knowledge and are so kind, we learnt the essentials of boxing and then how to teach it to instruct a PT client in the gym.
With access to videos online, I can go back over anything to refresh my memory anytime I want.
I loved this course and Cathy and Greg are amazing people! I’m so glad I chose Boxology for my pad instruction. Thank you!

A great company delivering top quality training courses! The attention to detail in every single video and every piece of written content is amazing and, as and England Boxing coach myself, I really appreciate the level of detail that Cathy and Greg go into.
The quality of the coaching videos is top drawer and both Cathy and Greg have been really supportive during the course with emails and phone calls to check in with me.
I haven’t finished the 2nd course yet, but I’ve already put my name down for the 3rd one!

Whatever your level of coaching ability and where ever you are in your journey as a boxing coach or PT, you really should do this course, in my opinion.

I attended the Boxology level 1 course and came away with so much - from the delivery on the day by Cathy and Greg, from the theory and mechanics of the sport, all the way through to the practical elements, I can’t recommend enough! They make you feel at ease, spend time with you individually, and make it a fun day of learning new skills. Easy 5 stars from me 😃

Highly recommend this course, for a novice such as myself (and I’m sure even for experienced boxers alike) it was set at a great pace with huge levels of knowledge, instructed with attention to detail brilliantly by two talented and passionate instructors bringing years of invaluable experience behind them.

As someone who has never boxed before I cannot recommend this course enough! Boxology was fantastic from the theory right through to the practical work.

It was engaging throughout the whole course and a whether you’re experienced or a complete novice to the sport like me you can take something away from it.

Cathy and Greg kept the whole experience really fun and I felt like I learnt so much over just two days. The main thing was the coaching style, they definitely know how to teach you in the style that works best for the individual and were so patient.

If you are thinking about attending a boxing course this is definitely the one!

Boxing has always been a big passion of mine. As soon as I heard Boxology had started, I jumped straight to the opportunity and signed up.

Boxology’s Cathy and Greg are incredible coaches. From their teaching methods to the engaging practicals, the entire process through to the demonstrations are fantastic. They really do know everything there is when it comes to their craft.

I can not recommend this course enough. Whether you’re a fitness professional broadening your expertise or someone with a passion for the sport, you won’t be left disappointed. These two with the team they’re continuing to build are the best there is.

I found the Boxology Round 1 course to be the perfect boxing pad course. It was delivered in a clear, methodical framework and has given me an in-depth understanding of not only the mechanics of throwing the punches but also, and perhaps most importantly for me, how to hold the pads correctly so punches can be thrown effectively and both pad holder and boxer avoid injury.

I teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wanted to improve my boxing and found this the perfect tool!

Cathy and Greg are extremely knowledgeable and coach in a relaxing and fun manner while conveying the fundamental concepts in a clear and concise way. Great course!
