I had my ball cleaned and reconditioned. The sites owner worked promptly on the job. I am very pleased with the results.

Yes I was helped out very well, Jacob @ bowlersmart in Bowlero Melbourne bowling alley was very helpful and he is smart and knowledgeable and knows what hes doing and answers any questions you may have, He also gives his time and great effort to make sure your ball fits your hand correctly for your bowling needs.

Staff is always helpful for sure. Great knowledge at this place never done me wrong.

This pro shop handled my every needs as I’ve returned to bowling after many many years away. Both Marty and Casey took care of me and I trusted every decision they’ve made regarding my ball needs, my specifications and I recommend them highly!

Casey****- was awesome. We went in on a Saturday and he talked to my husband about a few balls while I picked out a new bag. The next day, he watched my husband throw his ball, then measured everything out, walked him through WHAT he was doing and why, then had a new ball drilled up for him within 45 minutes. My husband said the new ball fits and feels loads better than his old ball. He's already talking about getting his next ball and his old ball redrilled from them in the very very new future. Casey was professional, friendly, and honest, plus he actually took the time to listen. We couldn't be happier.

Thomas was very professional and engaging. We are beginner bowlers joining a league and he took the time and patience to help us pick out the right equipment for us.

Casey is super knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer our questions regarding their different products and equipments. He was also able re-drill my bowling balls without any issues. Casey also gave us different options when the shoes we wanted was not in stock in the shop.

Been to this Pro Shop often. Every trip is always a pleasure as Casey is very professional but also easy to get along with. He helps resolves issues with my bowling equipment and my grandson's bowling equipment.

Paul has been doing a great job servicing my bowling needs for the last several years. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt! Would highly recommend this Bowlers Mart location.

I came into BowlersMart looking for my first ball, bag, and shoes. Joe was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions and provide me with solid feedback. When I picked up my ball a couple days later, Joe made quick work of drilling the finger holes in my ball and it fits perfectly. Joe even gave me some pointers when I took my new ball out to the lane that immediately helped my game.

10/10 would recommend, and I most certainly will be back.
