Where do I even start. Great and friendly right up until the COVID pandemic. Created brand new terms and conditions (which we didn’t agree to) and forced them on us. When our wedding was cancelled in 2020 they Illegally increased our price when the government said they couldn’t. When we asked to cancel they charged us a 50% cancellation fee OF THE NEW PRICE which wasn’t mentioned in the original terms and conditions.
We lost nearly £5K which has completely ruined our wedding day. Our solicitor advised us it would cost us more than it’s worth to sue them but we’re pursuing other options.
I’ve spoken to a lot of other customers that they’ve done the exact same thing to.
They have no remorse whatsoever about what they’ve done and refuse to admit they’ve done anything wrong.
To the people at Boutipi I’m sure you’re going to read this so I really hope you’ve enjoyed spending my hard earned money. You certainly didn’t work hard for it.
