I had an excellent experience with the Ash Vale branch. Hugo listened to my list of wants and desires of my future home and found me a property I never would have found using online property search engines.

Hugo and the team were responsive to my emails and phone calls, and Hugo was very proactive in helping to navigate the process when there were delays in other parts of the chain.

Communication was excellent throughout.

Absolutely first class from start to finish. Charlotte was friendly, super efficient & the whole team are collegiate & work as a team and seem to genuinely like each other - so when a problem appeared at the end with the Govt website they were able to work around it. Really great.

From the very first call to the final one, Gary has nothing but professional and approachable and he genuinely cared not for his client but for me as well. No issue was too big or too small for him. Let a landlord leave excessive black mold in bedroom for 6+ months of tenancy in direct violation of Awaab's law. Let the landlord have unlimited access to the property whilst I was in residence (Also illegal) are currently trying to charge me for a toilet seat the landlord fitted.... and apparently 5 bayonet light bulbs (that were also blown on my arrival to the property) cost £150.

They really are chancers, bad ones at that. Bring a putrid stench to the good town of Alton.
