Jason has been very helpful while booking our Lapland experience. We now can’t wait to go in 2026. All the questions I have had he has been able to answer for me and he’s always on hand if I need to check something.

We’ve recently booked Lapland with Jason who has been extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our package included everything we want. We are now planning Disneyland and Jason again has dedicated time to find the most suitable cost effective packages which includes everything we want! Will definitely be using his services for all our trips going forward!

Once on the plane the jet2 staff play some games with the passengers which is a nice touch, once you arrive at ivalo airport the magic kicks while waiting for ur bags the elves will be playing games with everyone to get the Christmas spirit going, once ur done and on the coach the Santa Lapland staff take excellent care of everyone making sure you know where your going and how the days are going to be planned out for the best time while in Lapland once at the hotel we stayed at the holiday inn was was fantastic the room was great we stayed as 2 adults and a 16year old the food was fantastic we have a very fussy eater and even he had food there which was a shock to both me n my husband across the road from the hotel is other places to eat and down the road is a super market for anything else needed, getting the clothes your need is very straight forward you arrive at the the shop the staff bag everything your need to wear and off you go, the gala evening was lovely and lots of people come together to celebrate Christmas together with all the kids having a great time, the trips was brilliant we done Santas village was fantastic and well organised by the staff, the free day we done skiing or I should say we tryed to ski 😂later that night we done the northern light snowmobile tour which was fantastic and so lovely to see the area of true natural beauty all in all from Jason being an absolute star to Santas Lapland staff our trip was definitely one to remember and would 100% recommend a trip to Lapland at some point in ur life

Amazing 2 weeks holiday on a Caribbean cruise. Trip booked with boullies travel. All information provided prior to travelling. Smooth transfer from airport to ship. Wonderful food on ship and schedule onboard was conducive for solo traveler’s to make new friends. Booked three excursions with the cruise line which were all amazing. Favourite excursions was Harrison's Cave Tour in Barbados. They also had washing machine onboard which allow for laundry to be done before returning home.

We recently experienced a magical journey to Lapland, meticulously organised by Jason at Bouilles Travel, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we booked, the process was seamless, with Jason providing clear communication and helpful tips to prepare for our adventure.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by breathtaking winter landscapes, and Bouilles Travel ensured every detail of our itinerary was perfectly arranged. The highlight for our family was, of course, meeting Santa in his enchanting cabin – a truly unforgettable moment for our daughters, who were captivated by the authenticity and warmth of the experience.

The activities were brilliantly curated, from husky sled rides and tobogganing to a serene reindeer sleigh journey under the starlit Arctic sky. Every guide was professional and friendly, ensuring we felt safe and well cared for throughout. The thermal clothing provided was essential, allowing us to enjoy the sub-zero temperatures comfortably.

Our lodge accommodation was cosy, with the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern comforts, providing a welcoming retreat after our outdoor adventures. The
Kuukkeli lodges are out of this world!

This trip to Lapland was a dream come true, and we can’t thank Bouilles Travel enough for making it so memorable. Their expertise and attention to detail turned what could have been a logistical challenge into a stress-free and magical holiday. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a trip to Lapland or beyond – their dedication to crafting incredible family experiences is unmatched.

Thank you, Bouilles Travel, for creating memories we will cherish forever!

Another successful trip booked with Boullies Travel. Jason did an excellent job in finding a resort that suited our needs perfectly at a price that suited. We were provided with a number of options and worked closely with Jason to find the right option for us. As always Jason is very responsive and also really helpful with booking parking and transfers and doing the online check in for us. Would highly recommend booking with Boullies!

Used boullies travel on recommendation. Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish. Helped us narrow down where to go with 4 adults and a new toddler and found us somewhere which was both child and adult friendly!
Got us a fantastic deal on the entire journey and made it simple.
Even helped us check in which was great.
Post holiday had a quick chat to see how it went any to give us a chance to raise any issues with any part of the stay (which there were none).
Will definitely be using them again for my future holidays when I don't know what I want.

Very efficient. Lots of great advice.

Jason has been excellent throughout the whole holiday journey. From booking to arriving home.
We hadn't travelled abroad for several years and had never done a package holiday. Jason was very patient and explained everything to us that we needed to know, even answering the most basic of questions and queries.
He made contact whilst we were away to check everything was OK, which we really appreciated and it was very reassuring having the knowledge there was someone to contact should we need to.
Prior to finding Boullies travel I was lost in the mindfield that is holiday booking but he was able to identify what we wanted and help us find a holiday that suited our needs and fitted our budget.
We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
