I've never purchased climbing shoes before and had questions about my purchase. I called the shop and got good advice and a prompt return and excahnge service.

My 7 year old grandson has started wall climbing so I wanted to buy suitable footwear for his Christmas present. The Boulders site was simple to use, informative and had the best value range. cheap boots 45 quid a pair got 10's even though i'm a 9.
mammut shotguns, pointy toes so i got away with it. not bad

Very pleased with my first experience of shopping at Boulders. There were a couple of problems with my order - firstly an item was out of stock, and secondly a pair of boots were too small (not a fault of the shop). Both of these were dealt with very quickly and satisfactorily. It left me with the impression that the staff at Boulders are prepared to go the extra mile to keep the customer happy.
