Botach is my one stop shop for military and law enforcement work gear and tools. They always have great discounts on duty boots and other items. I'm currently using their Battlesteel body armor and I have no complaints. Overall I'm satisfied with all my purchases.

I said to my self ok out of Las Vegas I was like hmmm I know casinos and pawn shops, but I put in order the price was outstanding I mean the byrna price was great. They got it processed shipped out with tracking in like a day. Great company and customer service I have put two more orders in since. But from them solid company.

Botach cleverly describes drop shipping as "shipped directly from our partners". If you mistakenly make a purchase of something that has to be drop shipped, they expect you to wait for the item to be shipped to them, and then for them to ship it to you. They will not refund you, and will hold your money.

I'm a California resident unfortunately and in late January early February we had a freedom week in California which gave us the ability to purchase ammunition from out of state and get it shipped to our door. Botach stood up for us and was willing to fulfill our orders within the short time we had. Unfortunately I ran into an issue with the shipper and was super bummed because time was running out. But amazingly the great customer service at Botach was on top of there game ie Mykala from customer service and seen that I was able to get my items all within the proper time frame. For all my California compliant needs for gear will be purchased using Botach. Once again thank you Mykala you really care about offering top notch customer service!

Horrible. Do not waste your time or money with this place. Horrible employees customer service is a joke. And all around hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a store. Please do yourself a favor and run far far away from this dumpster fire of a business.

I will never buy from botach ever again. Their customer service is non existent. Items on their website say "in stock same day shipping" but after placing an order you get an email saying that one item is on backorder and they hold your entire order until it comes in no matter how long it takes. And the site will still say in stock after they tell you it's on backorder. CS doesn't answer the phone and no one responds to email or voicemail so you can't cancel an order after it's placed. I'm pretty sure their website even blocked me from leaving a one star product review on their site. Try it yourself and see if it will post when you select one star. Buy from anyone else please. Companies like this should be put out of business.

Bought 2 unity tactical hot buttons for a Christmas gift on Dec. 2nd. One was defective, constant on. After contacting customer service was told that they have a 15 day return policy and that I would have to sebd it back to unity. Will buy it from Brownells next time and save the hassle even if I have to wait for a back in stock notification.

They sent me a defective item and although they did authorize a return, they refused to pay for return shipping as stipulated in their official return policy. Lying scumbags with horrendous service.

Ordered CR123 lithium batteries with 10 year shelflife in 10/2023. They shipped batteries with expiration of 11/2027. I feel like I’ve been taking advantage of. What do you think? I know the answer. Literally criminals selling 70% expired product at full price.
Rather than a refund, I’ll burn through these batteries in the next few years but promise myself I will never purchase from this place again. You shouldn’t either. Horrible.

I never recived my order 300 rounds of ammo they said would ship out 2/5 day its been almost a 30 days I have reached out to them email and called leaving a v.m they did responed to one email saying they would get my order rite out that was 6 days ago still no tracking info or nothing at this point im out $187.00 bucks not cool

Placed an order on Wednesday, was never contacted about the order. No place to put my FFL info. thought they would call me. Contacted by email and phone, no response. The fast response I recieved was when I cancelled my order the Monday after. Got an email the next day confirmation of cancellation.
Their site says they ship within 24-72 hours after purchase. I didn't get a confirmation of my purchase.
I'm not LE that's their bread and butter. My little guy purchase was nothing to them. Don't waste your time.

Ordered a Benelli shotgun they said was in stock. Have waited 3 weeks since the order and it still hasn’t been shipped. Paperwork is no excuse for a 3 week and counting lead time. First and last order from this clown show of a company.

Absolute garbage company. Ordered. IN STOCK ammo. 3 boxes. A couple hours later a friend of mine ordered same IN STOCK ammo. He got his last Monday 10/9. I never got mine. I get an email from Botach stating the current ammo is out of stock. Well no crap! It wasn't when I ordered, so why wasn't my order filled when it was in stock? No explanation! Twice now I've had issues with their shipping process. I really do want to like this place cause their prices on some stuff is decent, but I think I've made my last order with them. Lord, who is in charge of pulling inventory at this place when orders come in? They obviously don't fill the orders in the order they come in. I don't expect this review to be posted publicly, but hopefully whoever is in charge will see it. Smh.

I ordered a total of three Gen5 extended slide lock levers for my Glocks because my normal distributors were all out of stock. In short, two of the three parts I received from Botach arrived in cheap, unmarked zip lock bags and were totally incomplete (without the springs attached). At the end of it all, I was refunded half the price of one part ($8). I have also noticed that the Botach site appears to be fooling consumers by not allowing negative reviews as I get a "You can only post three reviews per 5 minutes" error when I attempted to post my one review of this one purchase. My guess is they are drop shipping counterfeit parts and calling them OEM Glock parts. I ended up buying real OEM Glock levers from MidwayUSA as soon as I received their restock notice. The parts from MidwayUSA arrived in labeled, barcoded professional packaging and were 100% complete. Never again.
