Good customer service but did not receive donut order due to DPD delivery service so cannot rate the taste! Very quick with supporting me and refunding the order though.

Doughnuts smelt so good! So excited to finally have a gluten free jam doughnut. Bought the Lux box, the icing didnt survive the microwaving, but doughnut too solid to eat without heating up, would love to try them fresh from the shop. Was left in the sun at an angle by the delivery driver even with me being at home, and label on the box saying dont tilt, so bit squished on delivery.

No what we were expecting. After reading the reviews we were really looking forward to trying these donuts but we were disappointed. They were very hard and dry. Shame

I loved the produce in the Selfridges food hall store, they were fresh and tasty. I did a mail order recently and wasn’t as impressed, maybe it wasn’t the same item but was very dry.

I’m gluten, dairy and soya intolerant. This is my go to place to order when I feel like I need a sweet treat! I don’t react well with oats too (even when they’re gf), I ordered the no oats version, but I prefer the one with oats 🤣 tastes more like actual doughnuts! I had 3 delivery issues (DPD related) and the customer service has been impeccable! They kept trying ro accommodate and resend my order even though it’s out of their control. They taste amazing and I keep them in stock in my freezer and only defrost when I feel like it’s a doughnut day 😊 ps, I ordered their doughnuts from when they just started off back during covid times, they’ve grown a long way and the taste continues to get better and better!

My son was over the moon when I said I have found some gluten free iced donuts, he has never tried one, my son was diagnosed at 21 months with ceoliac disease. He absolutely loves them and it’s really good you can freeze them and get them out when needed. Thankyou for making my son’s dream come true. They are worth every penny just to see my son happy.

Today I received my second order of a mixture of donuts. They didn’t disappoint. Absolutely delicious and so fresh. I don’t find them at all expensive. There is a lot of work and a mixture of different ingredients put in to make any gluten free product. You get what you pay for and these are worth every penny.

Always inconsistent - some can be dry, some under cooked, some are good. It’s a bit of a lottery and probably not worth the punt at around £5 per doughnut with delivery.

Somehow the house name was remove from my delivery and even though there was a telephone number and postcode the doughnuts weren’t delivered. When I spoke to customer services I was advised there was nothing I could do, £40 wasted! But I would get a 50% discount if I ordered again…

Great doughnuts, delivery straightforward and good reheated for at least 3 days afterwards!

I absolutely love these doughnuts. Being coeliac and not having eaten doughnuts for over 8 years, these were a delight.

Shipping is quick and the doughnuts arrive in untouched condition. Follow the instructions for reheating and you get the perfect doughnut.

Not the cheapest but definitely the worthiest

Not too bad considering we ordered to deliver. Some great and helpful instructions on how to freshen up the doughnuts after delivery . Went down a treat for the gluten free nut free family member ! Will be sure to visit when we come to London . I bet they are amazing fresh from the store . Thank you for being an inclusive bakery - difficult to find this kind of quality nationally.
