I wish I could give this site no stars they had a promotion for new poker players I was accepted for the promotion I did not receive the funds in my account I spent over two hours with support trying to get it straightened out I sending screenshots and guess what I still didn't get my promotion and was told that it would take up to 72 hours to rectify I have been with the casino site for a while and you would think as a player who has been with them that long they would have manually added my bonus to the account I've had a problem with the casino site before and they did it this site don't go stay away from it because they don't know how to treat their customers you don't let someone stay on the phone for two hours with support and not at least give them a courtesy bonus just because what was supposed to be getting was not given so if that's how they treat their customers 2 hours of my time is as valuable as 2 hours anyone else this time I may not be a high roller but I know when I'm being made an ass out of. The representative said she saw that it was there and she was trying to fix it but because she couldn't fix it to make it actually appear in my account they will send it to some technical team which will take 72 hours after you stay on the phone for 2 hours they should just give it to you anyway it's supposed to be there and didn't show up and that's not my fault so I guess I just wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing like I said if you are loyal customers all the site they are supposed to favor on your side it's not like I was trying to get something for nothing I was approved for the bonus the bonus was activated but for some reason it wouldn't show up decide to make it so that if you're not eligible for a bonus it tells you you're not eligible so I know I was eligible because I was the first time poker player on that site and that's not good marketing for them stay away from there

I created a borgato account, made a deposit, and as soon as I made the deposit they said there was a problem with my account and to contact support. So I contact player services and they tell me that they don't know what's going on don't have to forward it to a specialized team to review and that can take 72 hours. I requested a refund due to the fact that I was unable to be provided with the services they offer (online gambling) but again I was told I would have to wait up to 72 hours for the specialized team to review. SCAM DO NOT DEPOSIT OR PLAY WITH THEM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY 100%
