Bought a boot liner for my Hyundai Ioniq 5 which has a bespoke shape. The service was great, shipped out quickly and fitted to the awkward shape really well.
Highly recommend.

Not worth the money. You might as well just buy a blanket yourself. They can't even get sizes correct on standard cars.

Their website proudly states "Satisfaction Guaranteed"
but their returns policy says that if you want to return the product you have to pay return postage (fair enough) but that they can take a "small" handling fee which isn't accceptable in any way

The fit of the bootliner in my Tesla 3 was not a good as I had hoped. In particular the floor of the bootliner was short by nearly 1 inch.

I ordered a fitted boot liner for my Range Rover Sport SVR and it fits perfect I am over the moon with it. Boot liner UKs website gave a list of all the compatible Sport models which was very helpful as on other websites didn’t give much info on compatibility and I had to ring to find out that cheaper options were not compatible with my car. The girl I dealt with on the phone from Boot liners UK was very helpful and all the information she gave me was correct ie delivery time scales. I will definitely be using Boot liners UK in future and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Ordered a boot liner for my car on the 22nd September, payment was taken but I haven’t received any order confirmation or delivery email. I haven’t received one email from them to date and I’m still waiting for the product to arrive.

Ordered a car boot mat for my Skoda. Doesn't fit in any way, shape or form, a good 14 cm shorter than needed and about 2 cm wider. And what's with the horrible rubber smell? I've left it outside for half a day, and you could still smell that horrible odor. Returning and demanding a refund.

Absolutely shocking company, every step of the process was made difficult. I didn’t get any email confirmation after the order, I emailed twice to ask for it no reply, phoned a few times but the phone number constantly rang out and no one ever once picked it up. I ended up finding a number for a sister company and rang that each time and they’d put you through. When they finally did the lady said she’d look into my order and call me back in 10 minutes, never called back so I rang again the next day and again they said they’d send me order confirmation and dispatch info, it never came. Rang again and they said it would be delivered the next day (Thursday), Thursday came and went no delivery still no emails with any info to be able to track and still no one answering phones so again rang the sister company to be put through they finally gave me the yodel tracking and said it had been delivered on Thursday. I work from home and was in all day it had not been delivered. Said they’d look into it and call me back. Decided the odds were against me that they’d call so called yodel myself who confirmed yes the package was delivered but I said not to me. Turns out bootliners had given them the wrong address so it had been delivered to someone else! On calling them again, they finally emailed me confirmation of my order (10 days late) and the address on my order was correct so they had literally just put it into yodel wrong! Anyway very unhelpful just sent me an email to say it had been delivered! I replied to say no it hasn’t it’s been sent to the wrong address but since they seem totally incompetent and I didn’t want to be £200 out of pocket I just went to the address a road away and found who took in my parcel. Luckily the product itself is ok but I would absolutely not recommend this company communication and customer care is poor

What a brilliant boot liner, we went for the heavy duty quilted one with the extra bumper flap option. It fits exactly which makes it look really smart.
Washes up well, as it was put to the test not long after we fitted it.
A little pricey some might say but I feel paying the extra will benefit in the long run.

New T-Roc but VW don't do a lower boot liner - BUT - ....Boot liners do. Really happy with my purchase.

Unbelievable service.

The boot of my Tesla hard to clean as it’s so big and inevitably you end up chucking things in that dirty the liner of the car. Bought a boot liner and I’d hardly pressed ‘pay’ before it turned up at the door. It fits perfectly and flicks up the sides for the messier days. It’s light, easy to fit and I’ll be able to hose it down when it needs it. I’ve just bought another for my husbands bmw. I also had a quick search and couldn’t find anything cheaper, most places were 140+ for a boot liner

Firstly no instructions, next the velcro, does not stay stuck so not useable , might be custom fit but that's no use if it can't be be used , I called the company today and was told this isn't a common problem lol 🤣 wish I had looked at reviews before I purchased it as I wouldn't have bought it , I have one I paid £20 for and it stayed put for ages , very very dissatisfied, I have to send photos lol 😂 so they can send me more velcro that doesn't work , do not buy this item if you are smart 😉👍

First the plus part. The liner is of good quality. It gets very dirty due to my Lab's liking for mud. This means it is washed regularly and it is showing no signs of wear.

Now the minus part. The liner is fixed in place using an adhesive tape which is velcroed to the liner. The idea being that the sticky tape remains stuck to the inside of the boot when the liner is peeled off the velcro for washing. There are three problems with this arrangement. 1. The sticky tape 'stick' isn't as strong as the velcro so easily comes away from the inside of the boot. 2. The sticky tape loses adherence in the hot conditions you get in a car in the summer. 3. The sticky tape leaves a residue when removed, and is unsightly if left in place.

There are loops attached to the liner, presumably for alternative ways of fixing, but the liner comes with no instructions and there is no obvious way of using these tabs.

I will need to replace the sticky tape on my liner and I've emailed customer services asking where I can get a supply. I have not received a reply.

All in all, not a terrible product but somewhat disappoingting.

Sorry for the lateness of this review but I do think products like this need to be tested properly and given a chance to settle in.
Firstly, the service and advice was excellent. 2nd the price was good (when compared to the quality of the product, less expensive are available but you pay for this in the quality of materials,fit and manufacture). 3rd the fit was pretty much perfect!
And 4th, in use it is easy to fit, use, remove and adapt for the seat splits etc. All in all 10 out of 10!

You definitely get what you pay for. Absolutely brilliant product. I bought for my jaguar XF estate paying for the extra to allow the back seats to flip forward. It looks fantastic and protects the car from the dogs. They're made to order, so may take a little longer to deliver, but absolutely worth the wait!!
