Thanks for the fair feedback. We specialise in surplus and short-dated stock, which can include products past their Best Before date, but we agree the dates need to be clear so customers know exactly what they're buying before ordering.

We're really sorry about this. You contacted us before placing the order and were told you would be provided with a new discount code, so we completely understand why you're frustrated after then being unable to use one.

You also shouldn't have been left waiting 10 days after being told this had been escalated. We'll make sure this is looked into properly, including the advice you were originally given.

Thanks for the feedback. Some of our surplus stock can be past its Best Before date, which allows us to offer bigger savings, but the date should always be clearly shown on the product listing before you buy.
