Perfect delivery and a very helpful

1st time I've used this site and its amazing great items fabulous price's and super fast trackable delivery. Will definitely use again gutted though my fault no theirs you her an extra discount on 1st time orders got so engrossed with the site and items i forgot to use it!! Cannot fault this site.

Terrible company. I went on to the peeko live show and purchased a few items, they took the money instantly but 1 week on I have received nothing. I have kept emailing them but the responses dont make sense. One customer service agent says 'we cant find your order' the next says 'your order is processing you will get an email when it is dispatched'. I am now going to get a charge back from my bank but have to wait another week before I can start proceedings. In short.... AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY LIKE THEY STOLE MINE!!!

Service, speed,quality

Ordered 8pm in the evening, it arrived by 3pm the following day! Incredible service, easy to use website and great value for money.

Fast delivery, great prices and large selection of products, really good 👍

Ultra quick service, secure packaging. And, above all, the price is great

Execelent and delivered on time and happy

Order arrived, but 2 towels short. As is standard, especially for UK support, they try to pass the blame/accuse by asking for photo's that will prove absolutely nothing one way or the other. However ask this, why would you send 1 towel, unwrapped in a box with food & drink, unless someone in your warehouse unpacked the set to do so? So that is the first issue & first sign they are a bit iffy... Package the frigging towels properly & learn to read a packaging note (not included in the parcel), when you advertise a 'Pack of 3' (now removed & replace with a single towel discription).... So support then forward the photos to another department *cough BS cough* to review the case & come to a resolution... Well that doesn't take 3 days, as the only answer is 'you f'd up'. So basically a cheap company trying to rip off customers & making up responses if anyone dares to argue with them. YOU ADVERTISED IT WRONG & INSTEAD OF RESOLVING LIKE ADULTS, YOU LIE, MAKE UP PROCESSES & TRY TO COVER YOUR TRACKS. Shameful way of doing business.

Also if you see these towels on their website.... Do not pay £17 for 1, £17 for 3 isn't a good deal for the quality...

Great price snd next day delivery

Super fast delivery, items well packaged and a surprise free gift. Thank you!
