Used for just over two years now. Won 5 purchased back so far always been helpful and friendly service when needed to ask any questions. You win some you lose some but at the end of the day it’s money I was spending any way so always good to have the chance to win it back! And bonus build up aswell which is good.

Joined November 2019 and haven’t won anything yet.

I’ve won back a couple of purchases in the past but now 3 and a half months on from some ebay purchases they are still pending approval - this used to take 1-2 months but I’m still waiting on approvals from February. I’m not sure if this is a scam now and they aren’t approving any more wins.

Update: end of June 2020 - the purchases have finally got to approval after almost 4 months and I actually won 50% back on eBay so back to being happy with the site. It is a game of luck but even the 10p bonuses usually cover more than what I would earn on other cashback sites.

This is unbelievable! I purchased a new hoover on Shark through Boom25 and got over a £100 back to my PayPal. Thankyou Boom!! I know where I'm doing my Christmas shopping.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.

So as BOOM25 has so many great reviews I thought I would give it a go. I signed up chose where I needed to order from, put my card details in then the whole site froze and shut down. I logged back into my Boom25 account there was no order but the money was taken off my card instantly. You cannot call for help and have to wait 2-5 days to find out what happens next in the meantime I'm £50 down and they order items I wanted that were on sale are probably going to sell out.

It's a bit disappointing that it advertises you can win your money back, when in truth you can win a percentage of your spend back.
Very misleading, I would prefer boom25 to make this clearer in their advertising.
Since receiving a response to this review from Boom25 explaining why the payments are not "currently" 100% I have a much more positive feeling and see the advertising may seem misleading at the moment, it isn't usually a smaller percentage payout.
I have changed my stars to 3 and will increase to a five star review when the payout situation improves or advertising is adjusted to reflect the current changes.

Tried to buy an Amazon gift voucher FOUR times and they all failed (tried multiple credit cards too). Error message was "boom25" failed to connect, so clearly an issue at their end.
Got in touch with their 'customer service' and they couldn't be more disinterested if they tried.

When it does track great and the one time I won it was quickly paid.

However I find about 40% of the orders I place for the site actually end up appearing for me to win back.

When asking for assistance for tracking to work you just a copy and paste and post closed down and the 'fix' doesn't work.

When I first joined boom25 it was 100% cashback if you won but now alot of them is only a fraction of that.

This has been on going way before Covid 19.

Boom 25 was amazing when it first launched. You could win 100% of your money back, which is fantastic and a great incentive to use them.

Fast forward to today and the majority of cash back you can potentially win has dropped to 33%, of course there are some with higher winnings, but you generally have to have a larger spend to be able to qualify for them.

Whilst winning 33% of your money back is great, for something you would spend otherwise, there are actually better deals now available on other Cashback sites, with one-off bonuses which you are guaranteed to get.

I feel Boom don't have great customer service, and it isn't made clear that it's actually the 25th VERIFIED purchase that is made, so you could have been the 25th person in line to purchase something, but if your transaction is verified late, you could potentially lose your win.

Boom 25 have gone downhill and frankly have got greedy, putting profit above all else, it will be interesting to see the next set of accounts due at the end of September.

It's unfair to give Boom 25 a 1 or a 2 star review in my opinion, you can literally win money back for spending as you normally would. However, Boom 25 encourages people to spend money to potentially win it back, people do and people spend and spend, racking up huge commissions for Boom 25, I feel there should be regulation, and it's borderline gambling.

If I receive a response, I'm sure it will be very defensive, but how about you lay everything on the line and prove that you aren't being greedy?

I have spent about £2500 in the past 4 months and not won a penny back apart from the odd 20p I think the system should be rechecked as someone spending that should at least win somthing.

First try transaction did not go through 3 days to receive money back

Just signed up thought I would give it a go purchased a £50 curry’s pc world gift card, put my bank details in, they took the money then told me my transaction had failed but will be refunded in 3-5 days!! Not a great first impression £50 down and I didn’t even get to spend my own money never mind win anything back! Very disappointed.

Great site was a little unsure at first whether to sign up decided to and I have just had my first win 🎉🎉🎉

Honestly don’t waste your time, 14 times I’ve bought through Boom25 and I’ve lost 7 so far & probably going to lose the rest. Any bonuses you win from loses you can’t actually touch them until you get a main win and you can only claim £1 bonuses if you buy something else within 2 hours.

Can n e one let me no wat pertenual winning balance means at the top of my boom 25 page I bought trainers from jd and boomed them and it saying that at the top with £29 at the end

Waste a time , bought something in October ...4 months later didnt win and got 2p bonus wow.

I signed up to Boom25 after seeing it on facebook and thought it sounded too good to be true. Alas, it really does seem to be that way. Neither the app nor the website work - I find a retailer I want to use and when I click to be redirected to their site to purchase something, I'm sent back to Boom25's homepage, over and over and over.... I contacted their facebook team; no response. I tried sending a message through their website; it doesn't send. I think I'll be deleting the app and telling everyone I know not to bother.
