BookVIP was a very easy site to navigate great prices and will most definitely be using them again for our next vacation!

i apply for my trip i call i have reservations number and yes what i was waiting and waiting and they told me i tranfer you to other departments and nothing happened so these website is fake

We had a wonderful experience at Grand Sirenis Mexico. We stayed in ACAT which was very close to restuarsnts, pools, and entertainment. Of the 9 resorts we have been to in the last 15 years this one WINS in Food, Child Kids Club, Entertainment, and Kids activities. The views on beach beat all we have seen as well. Just impressed and as an added bonus this is Air Conditioning in restuarants and believe me this is a big deal when you have had the opposite of sweating while eating. Great time overall!!!

We kept waiting for the "catch" because BookVip seemed too good to be true - but it never came! Everything they promised was delivered and they were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. We got a dream vacation at a fraction of the cost!

Words can't Express the amazing time I had in Cancun.
I will definitely do it again.

Book VIP only cares about booking vacations to send people to timeshare presentations. They are not a travel agent even though they dress up like one. The information they gave me was all wrong. These are facts:
1. Presentation supposed to take 90 minutes, took 6 hours and was held captive.
2.Claimed resort was a 4.5 star rated resort, it was not.
3.Claimed the airport was 1 hour away, it was not. It took over 4 hours from landing to check in.
4. Claimed 5 restaurants on site to choose from, there was not.
I highly recommend you do not book with them. Better off going on Cheap Carribean . com.

We had a great time at Vill del Palmar. The service was always great and we thoroughly enjoyed every restaurant. The view can't be beat and the location is fabulous. I'd gladly go back here.

I get a website called freebies frency they told me I won a trip to a few different locations just pay the taxes It was 4days & 3 nights in a luxuary hotel I spelled that wrong anyway it also said this is not a timeshare scam I went on trustpilot to read reviews about this company BookVip I read some good reviews but when I read more about it they give people another vacation to give them good reviews . I saw that people did not get the correct booking they took a lot more money off there credit card than was stated in the ad & they couldn't get it back They mixed up the bookings for the wrong hotel they were not told they have to be a couple with the same address They did have to go to meetings to get you to plan your retirement to the place they visited & they would not return peoples calls when they had a problem with anything . If they get a bad review they make up lies to make it seem like it wasn't there fault & to call them and they would correct the problem that never happened either How can people trust anyone if they want to lie about everything they do I admit I was excited to see I won something like this until I checked into it no way am I going to fall for this BS !!! They say if its to good to be true than it probably is !!! You can keep your vacation & the headaches & lose of money that would happen if I did this & also they were on the phone for 30 minutes just to set up the reservation to a person that barely speaks English & were told someone would get back with them which never happened What a BIG FAT SCAM!!!!!

I signed up for a $99 deal in Las Vegas. I was pretty sure that for the low price, there would be a presentation trying to sell me a timeshare. No big deal, I can sit in a room for an hour or so and listen to someone, actually several people, try and persuade me that a timeshare, Is a good investment. (It’s not). I signed up online and paid out the 99 bucks and even bought the upgrade. However, when I went to schedule the trip, I was advised that I was too old to receive the package. If you are 68 years old or over, you are considered a bad risk. I guess they assume that being in your 70’s is not a good thing for these resorts. But think about that. Who goes on these trips? Young people who are struggling to make ends meet or retired professionals with money in the bank and time to spend it as they like. But actually, I think they know that anyone that has the time and money to travel is probably smart enough to reject any “deal” on a timeshare.

Now truthfully, I know that Bookvip is only promoting what the resorts are offering and they, the resorts, are setting the qualifications. But I believe that Bookvip has an obligation to show that there are specific qualifications that must be met before they take your money. I did not find this information in a easy to find location on their website and, I think they need to be honest from the get go. I don’t mind the hidden fact that you MUST attend a timeshare sales presentation. Anyone with any sense knows that a $99 deal will come with strings so, just tell the public what the string are and go from there.

I tried to book a trip through book vip and upon me submitting my reservation I received an urgent message to call this number with my reservation number. I called the number and was told by the representative that first of all those dates were sold out and then that due to a restriction with my fiancé's occupation we weren't eligible for the special price! OMG people read the reviews because the bad ones are valid. I read all the reviews and was still skeptical about booking. I will now go through bookit.com to make my reservation since bookvip.com is a joke! While I was on hold my name also flashed on the website stating that I recently booked well that shouldn't flash on the screen until your reservation is confirmed!

We're just back from our trip and it was one of the best we had in last 5 years. Thanks for Bookvip, we saved a lot and enjoyed a lot.

Todo es excelente, la vista al mar, el servicio, la limpieza, su personal muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento. Meseros en la playa, la comida deliciosa a la carta y el el Bufet de almuerzo 😋. Realmente lo recomiendo.

I have booked before and had a great time, no problems. I booked tonight on a flash sale but haven't received an email confirmation so I called. I was told I should have received an email conformation. Puzzled. Hope it will be as good as last time. :)

I booked a trip, paid & full. When customer service contacted me to ask me a few questions; they then told me that I couldn't use BookVip because i'm not 30. This information was hidden on the terms & conditions, which is at the bottom of the page hidden where you have to hit an external link to even read. The site was quick to take my money, slow to refund it, and never made it CLEAR before purchase that I had to be 30. Lol ok.

Other than a few shuttle issues (FROM THE HOTEL..NOT BOOK VIP) our expierence was WONDERFUL... WE HAD THE BEST ANNIVERSARY/BIRTHDAY TRIP.. with work so hectic and so wrapped up in life me and my husband both needed a worry free trip and thats what we got. Thank u book vip FOR THIS AWSOME MEMORY.
P.s.- THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED BOOK VIP AND BOTH TIMES WAS
UN -BELIEVABLE AND JUST AMAZING..

I have attempted several times to book for me and fiance to go to Cabo and everytime it would freeze and I get timed out to get package for $99 have made several trips through other agencies and never had a flaw glad I read these I want to go to Cabo with fiance but not to add more stress and anger that I get from work.. gonna just try and get good deals via other booking agencies.
