Paid and they never turned up.

No response and had to chase for refund.

Awful experience and cost us a fortune in taxis at the airport.

Ordered a taxi to the airport for the next morning; paid about 40% above local price to ensure a stress free morning.
Stood ready on the street at the address 5 minutes before agreed time - and driver never showed up.
Waited 10 minutes past agreed time, hoping for him to show up. Nothing.
Had to rush to the airport with alternative transport, not knowing if we would make our fligt in time.
When I contacted Book Taxi Group for a refund, I was told that the driver as there as supposed to (untrue) and my refund was refused.
Stay clear of these scammers at all cost.

Wish I had read these reviews before booking, my driver was not at arrivals when I arrived, I was very stressed as the telephone line was useless.... I eventually got some help from a kind airport worker.... The driver was outside in his taxi!!!! When he came in he was shouting at me in Spanish.... From what I gathered he was blaming me!!!! Then he tried to drop me off at other apartments..... Horrible experience.... Do not use this company

**Terrible Experience with Book Taxi BCN**

I had a very disappointing experience with Book Taxi BCN. Due to a flight delay, I missed my connection through Amsterdam and had to reschedule my travel plans. Despite their earlier assurance that they would be able to accommodate my situation, they canceled my booking at the last minute.

The excuse they provided was convoluted and made little sense. To make matters worse, they directed me to submit a claim via email instead of offering immediate assistance or an alternative solution. This added to the stress and frustration of an already difficult travel experience.

Given that this booking was made through Booking.com, I expected a higher level of service and reliability. Unfortunately, Book Taxi BCN did not meet these expectations. I would not recommend their service to anyone, especially if you're relying on them during a tight travel schedule.

Awful service. Booked and paid for a taxi for my mother who arrived late at night in Tenerife. She was then made wait almost a half hour in a regular taxi queue. Overcharged and way more expensive. DO NOT USE!

Taxi never turned up for my mother imcoste Adeje on saturday. They took €46 from my bank account and refusing to email me back or take my calls. One cal said they don’t speak English! My mother just made her flight by getting a loca taxi. Do not use this company. I am still trying to get my money back and I will change this review when I succeed at that.

I booked a transfer last Thursday for the next day paid €46 in advance realised I had made an error with the booking and tried to contact the company directly through all methods with no replies at all to my phone & email messages!!! EVEN THOUGH I WANTED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING THEY NEVER ARRIVED AT THE ARRANGED TIME, I CHALLENGED THROUGH PAYPAL WITH NO LUCK…
PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY DONT DEPEND ON THIS TAXI COMPANY TO GET YOU TO THE AIRPORT!!! I HAD TO ARRANGE LAST MINUTE ANOTHER TRANSFER TO TENERIFE AIRPORT

Booktaxispain.com is just a broker that solicit drivers to do the job for the customer. Madrid was really enjoyable until the trip booked for the airport on Nov. 14. Driver did not show up at appointed time, did not answer phone calls to him or the company, have to finally get a taxi to send us to the airport so we can fly out on time. After complaining to Booktaxispain.com, driver told broker that he showed up, waited 20 mins and we were not there, so it is not his fault. Do you believe that we would leave the driver if we see him? Do you think we want to spend more money to pay a taxi to take us to airport when our booking with Booktaxispain was pre-paid for? Yet, with all the explanations and evidences, broker believed his driver and refuse to refund our money. I wrote the broker to let him know that the amount is not a whole lot but making the customer happy and fair is more important. Broker did not response, so my advice is not to deal with this company. Full of greed and no dignity!

We waited on Barcelona airport and driver never arrived. Firstly someone answered and told that driver would be coming in 10 mins. After half an hour he confessed that he has no idea if the driver will arrive at all. He promised to refund but refund hasn´t occurred.

AVOID!!!

Was meeted at airport upon arrival as agreed. The return trip picked up from the hotel never happened - leaving us in a last minute panic to get a taxi to take us to the airport so we didn’t miss our flight. Emailed the company but no response - do not use!!! As an aside, prebooking the return leg was about 60 euros however the taxi we ended up using for the return journey was only 15 euros!

UPDATE: have given one extra star as in fairness they did get back to me and have issued a part refund

I needed transport for my team (18 persons). The service was excellent. We communicated via e-mail/telephone. All transfers (also in the city of Barcelona) were perfect. Always on time at the agreed pick-up. New and comfortable mini-busses....

Appalling company, avoid like the plague. Our driver at airport complained that he'd been waiting for over a hour, even though we'd emailed the company to say our flight would be late, but at least he was there. He drove ok, but had his mobile on his leg and was looking at it all the time.
The return journey, well, it never happened! After waiting for 10mins, i caled company to ask where taxi was, they said "we can not get hold of driver, as not answering phone, best you get another taxi!" so i waited another 5 mins minutes, i got same reply, i said " i have no idea where to find a taxi in a strange city", they said "just stop one in the street" So i hunted one down with the help of the local police. I have a family with 2 children, and walking round the streets with luggage was not acceptable. Eventually i found another firm, who took us to airport, and luckily made our flight.
They have reimbursed me for the journey that the failed to make, but that does not lessen the blow, i expected a full refund and also the money i spent with the other firm, but alas, they did not want to know. A gesture of good will would have been appreciated. I run a taxi firm, and if you accept payment from a customer, that is a contract, and you honour that contract, if not, you reimburse for the full journey and also any added costs. So i urge anyone who reads this not to use this appalling company.

Upon arrival at airport noone was waiting for us had to ring four different numbers eventually got through to someone who didn't even speak English had to find a local tovtrsnslate. In return to airport again same thing happened no shoe had to call them they didn't understand and were parked up 5 mins walk away nowhere near where we were dropped off!
