brought with the understanding that i will receive 3 books then told to download then. When i did this there were only pages of writing. It’s pretty hard for a beginner to follow step by step instructions that couldn’t follow without any pictures. Every time i contacted him he just sent the same link. A real smart arse. Warning steer clear of this seller not worth the hassle. Very arrogant person keep well away from him. Use someone more reliable and helpful.

Scam alert!! Ordered a set of 3 physical books that never came. I emailed the company and they sent a link for books and said it was for online versions only. Will not give me a refund either. After looking at several reviews this has happened to a lot of people. DO NOT ORDER from here!

I would have given zero stars but it won't allow me to. The person behind this company (David Begum) is a scammer. He promises to send the hardback but ghosts you until you contact him. Then you get an automated response to say that you will get when it's back in stock. eventually you will get bored of this and contact him. We then got links to something we hadn't ordered. We then raised a dispute with PayPal. This instigated an email threatening legal action. Scare tactics only. Papyal has refunded us within 5 minutes. Case closed and lesson learned.

It's a Scam, I paid for a physical copy of a book plus 2 bunos as what the ads said. But I haven't received any they keep saying its on its way . And sent a link while waiting, I didn't pay for a Link. I dont want a link.

No books no download no response from anyone .

I ordered the physical copies, but never received them, opened a case on PayPal but was rejected.
I have emailed the seller on multiple occasions but no resolution.
This seller is a scam artist and a common criminal.

SCAMMERS. I wish I had read the reviews first. Same as so many others: ordered books with "bonus" download. Received the download only. At first I'm told they are out of stock, but 4 months later they still can't tell me when the books will be available and refuse to refund. PayPal dispute was found in their favour which makes no sense to me. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Never received the download or hard copy of book.
Started a paypal dispute and got an angry email from Daniel Begum demanding a withdraw the refund request and threated me with legal proceedings. Many emails later and no refund as they claimed they had sent an e-book and nothing at all has been received by me. Scam Scam Scam do not buy from this company.

Complete scam. I emailed the company numerous times and zero response..... I raised a dispute with PayPal and immediately recieved an email from them demanding that I withdraw the claim and THREATENED me with legal action......

If I could rate negative stars I would.
I never authorized a purchase. They charged my credit card and I immediately reported it to them. They claimed they could not do anything about it as it was electronic books and have refused to follow up on any further emails I have sent them.

Scam, total scam site. Customer service is auto-send replies that dont answer questions. No tracking on so call shipped books, which never arrive. I mean why ask shipping address if not actually shipping anything!
Then you goto the refund page and it tells you everything is digital on the site, and no refunds.

Here is the original email i got from them:

I ordered the books on 24/12, at the time of writing it is 21/2 and still zero feedback or book delivered.

As others, ordered physical books but got download. Original email told me the books would be on their way, after two weeks I messaged to be informed the books are currently out of print. Refund refused because of unwanted and unaccessed downloads. I hope my credit card company can retrieve my payment! Wish I’d looked at the reviews first!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!!!Similar story to rest of bad reviews. Apparently the books I ordered are digital with a free version of the paper copy. This was never stated anywhere. AND once the digital version is sent there is no refund. ( small print on the company website which you need to track down because this is not stated in the link where the book was purchased. I assumed I purchased a paper copy which after 1.5 months still has not been received . I emailed Daniel about the status and he replied quickly stating he did not have paper copies and one would be sent once he received them. I then asked for a refund and Daniel stated the return policy stated no refunds on digital books. Once again this information was not in the link. I had to research book world library to rind the return policy. I ordered a paper book and received a digital copy until my paper came. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Definite scam. Website said the item i was buying was 3 x physical books plus bonus digital copy. Once id ordered i then received confirmation of the order stating that the book would be sent shortly and in the meantime here is a digital copy. A few weeks later I chased again and was told the books were out of print and would be shipped when they were ready. Return section on their site now also says they only provide digital! Luckily I've got my money back through my bank.

If I could give negative stars, I would stay away from this company. They are a scam. They do not send everything you’re supposed to get and they always have an excuse. It looks like it should be time to file a class action lawsuit against them if you ordered from them, fight it on your credit card as fraud. They lie to PayPal when you file against them saying that you have received your order when that is not true, I’ve been waiting three months for my physical books and I still haven’t received them and I paid for priority shipping. I am now going to file a complaint with the attorney general for fraud.

I few months ago I ordered a hard copy book named "Mediterraniean Diet for Seniors" which I never received. At first Daniel B. would email me back telling me they will be mailed soon. But now it's been a few months and he no longer responses to me. Therefore, now I realize this was a scam. Come on people, get a real job and don't steal from seniors.

Bought the deal, bonus 2 books so ordered quantity of 2, 6 books in total. Received an email to advise books are on their way and I could enjoy the digital version while I wait for my order, no tracking number received as yet. Unable to download the digital version so followed up on the hard copy order and advised cannot download digital version. No reference was made regarding the hard copy version, additionally I never received a tracking number either. Received another email from about the digital version and no response at all regarding the hard copy. Have reported to PayPal! Do not buy from this seller!

Charged over £120 instead of £19.99. no digital book or real books. Complete scam

As the same with the others on this site, I ordered a Natural Healing book and, while I received the link, I have not yet received my physical book. NOT COOL. In fact, that is fraud.
