Used them to publish three books, the first they said was amazing, published in 6 weeks, complete with hundreds of errors and mistakes, the second book they said it was amazing at first, then they came back to me saying it needed a lot of extra work, and they demanded another $400. when I complained, they tried to say it was my fault, eventually after 4 months they published it, again full of mistakes, Book three has just been published after another attemtp to extract more money from me,, I am yet to see what or if there are any errors or mistakes, on book tewo and book three, they have torn the storyline to shreds. I submisstted book four which had been editdted by someone else, and once again Book Publishers came back to me demanding "2000. this was double the agreed price, so I did what anyself respecting author would do, I told them in nouncertain terms where to go. My advice is don;t use them ever, a 2,6 trust pilate feed back should tell you all you need to know, Bookpublishers are scammers, you've been warned. What is worse, they try and put the blame on the author, so don't waste your money or time with them, or their co compabys.

These people are scammers. I paid them $2000 and they never finished the editing and just started ghosting me. I used them in September 2024

They do not get a hold of me to give me any updates. I supposed to be published at five different places. I paid them $300.00. I can’t call. No return calls. Sent messages to their Facebook messenger service. Says could not send. First was a bad one named Trevor. Ya then they got me with Dave. I feel very unimportant and swept under the rug. I need them to be professional. I am very disappointed at the moment. There is a glitch in my Amazon kindle n I can’t fix it. I cannot change any settings in my account something is wrong, I try to reach out to them. I’ve sent email, messenger texts, messaging texts and phone calls but nothing.

They are horrible. There are so many other book publishing companies you should consider. They promised all kinds of things and they fail to deliver. They continually promised and never corrected errors, typos etc. They don't answer and reply correctly and it goes on for months. Choose someone else before you are miserable. They good at lying and wasting your time. Any good reviews would have to be them writing them.

The Book Publishers USA LLC is a fraud company Chad Wilson & Ted Baker after sending them additional $700 paid total of $1,000. Never heard from them not returning my telephone calls. I had to make a FBI report for fraud and bank transfer.

Although my project is not complete, the best part of my interaction has been with Trevor Holmes. He has been very responsive and has delivered thus far everything discussed and promised. He response promptly to calls and emails so I am excited to see what the final project will look like. If I could, I would give Trevor 5 stars I have some other experiences that the jury is still out on. Once I have the final project I will come back and hopefully up my rating to 5 star.

My children's book dream came true thanks to Book Publisher USA. I will give the credit to Simon Walker, who made sure the layout, illustrations, and everything was flawless. The book is now available on all platforms and I am excited and will be coming up with more books.

My Book's spirit was flawlessly captured by the amazing book cover design that was created. Their focus on detail and originality went above and beyond What I had anticipated, making the cover unique. Simon is a men of his word when he told me I would be more then happy with the results, He was not wrong about that.

Book Publishers USA creative approach and extensive offering improved my book marketing plan. Their smart thoughts and well-tailored campaigns enable me to spread the world about my work and reach a large audience.

Using Book Publishers USA to promote my book has been a beneficial strategy. Their clever marketing strategies and advertising ads greatly increased the exposure and sales of my book.

This company makes so many errors, late and full of broken promises. Extremely unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend to anyone!

So far, they have met my expectations. They have responded in a very professional manner. They are timely and accommodating. We have not yet completed the project, but it has been a very pleasant experience so far.

My experience with Book Publisher was more than excellent: Monica and Jason were two incredible people, working as a team according to schedule and agreement in highly fast paced way. Monica was there 24/7 working around the clock that task are completed timely professionally with all respect to listen and follow through in a calm, focused and discipline way. In a 5 point out of 5, I give them 5. I highly recommend this organization Book USA to any organization or individual in the USA and globally for book publisher and such services as a first rate organization. Warren was very helpful in getting me the eight plan for what I could afford - he had many options available!
