What a JOKE!!

I paid a lot of money, and even selected SAME DAY DELIVERY. It wasn't until AFTER I placed the order that the receipt read it wouldn't be delivered until next day. I called and the lady I spoke with told me they do not offer same day service and that the order would be delivered the following morning between 8am and 10am. I was upset because I paid the 20 something dollars in shipping, WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS mind you, but it was for a very special occasion. Well....come 11pm on Saturday and my friend still does not have the order. I call them, LOW AND BEHOLD they are closed. So, I responded to the email since it said someone would get back to me that way. NOBODY DID. I called back this morning and talked to the same woman and she tried to blame FedEx when it was the Shipper that cancelled the order. I paid too much money for ANYONE to cancel the order and, on top of this, nobody bothered to even notify me that it was canceled AT ALL. ZERO STARS FOR ZERO BUSINESS AND ZERO EFFORT TO SHOW COMPASSION ABOUT YOUR MESS UP WITH MY ORDER. I will NEVER do business with this company again. It's not worth the stress.

I had a great experience with Boo Bear! The product quality exceeded my expectations — everything was soft, well-made, and exactly as described on the website. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was neat and secure. Customer service was also very responsive and helpful when I had a question. You can tell they really care about their customers and their products. I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend Boo Bear to anyone looking for great quality and reliable service!

Worst Company on Internet

This may be one of the worst, most crooked companies on the Internet. I spent $340 on 50 of their super long roses and they arrived 3 days late, all dead, all leaves fallen off. Mold all over the roses and the box. I called them 5 times and wrote 7 emails to try to get my money back, but after 2 and a half weeks I agreed to allow them to send replacement roses to my mom to take care of what they owed me. A bunch more emails and calls were made to them where they gave me their word they were being sent. They were never sent.
I am filing a complaint on them with the Atoorney General offices in California and Texas. Do not ever do business with gjis company. They are complete and utter crooks.

I wish I could give negative stars

I wish I could give negative stars! This company took my money and promised my order would be on time and in good condition. I called just to make sure it would be on time and they assured me it would be. The order was 5 days late and the roses were dry and needed to be thrown away the next day! I called and they said the review team needed to look at it. I continuously called for a month and a half before they finally informed me they would not refund my money. This company is nothing but thieves stealing from their customers and not handling any of their complaints! If I could I would give them negative stars! My suggestion, if you need flowers Walmart has a much better selection than this company and a much better return policy!

These people are scammers

These people are scammers. Paid extra to have flowers shipped for valentines day. They didnt get delivered. We emailed two days after valentines day, they sent it a couple days later. The flowers were all dead, dried and crushed between cardboard slats, as if they packaged it before valentines day, let them sit with no water, and then shipped out the box the next week. They refused to refund the shipping fee or anything, and to top ot off, the flowers were meant to be black but were not-- they were red with patchy black spray paint. For 100+$ do NOT buy from these scammers.

Absolutely horrible experience with Boo…

Absolutely horrible experience with Boo Bear Factory.

I ordered a bouquet for a birthday and paid for delivery on March 13. I was told the flowers would arrive early in the morning. The delivery never happened.

No phone call, no door tag, and no proper notification. I spent hours trying to figure out what happened only to find out the package was sent back to the warehouse.

I even drove to the warehouse to pick it up myself and called ahead saying I was minutes away. They still closed and refused to wait.

Because of their failure the entire purpose of the order was ruined. The birthday surprise was completely missed and the flowers sat in a warehouse instead of being delivered when promised.

For a company charging hundreds of dollars for flowers this level of service is unacceptable. Terrible communication, failed delivery, and zero accountability.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you expect your order to arrive on time.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Weeks Later, Still No Roses or Refund
I ordered roses from Boo Bear for a special occasion, and this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The roses arrived late and in terrible condition — wilted and unusable. I contacted Boo Bear immediately with photos and followed up multiple times by phone and email. After a long back-and-forth, they finally admitted there was an issue and told me they had approved a replacement and a free gift.
Weeks later, I still have no replacement, no gift, and no refund. All I keep getting are vague promises, “investigations,” and requests for more patience, but no actual resolution and no tracking information.
At this point, I feel like my time has been completely disrespected and my money taken without delivering what was promised. I would not recommend Boo Bear to anyone looking for reliable service or a company that stands behind its products.

After a mistake with my order, they overnighted me my roses and I received them in less than 24 hours.
They have a great customer service team.

Originally ordered 2/11.. Delayed order shipped to delivery location that was closed for the day: FedEx rerouted to an Amazon locker .. Molded dying roses.. I called the company, all they were concerned about was a dispute. I explained that I just wanted the order replaced. 2/24 no roses.. I called to ask why the delay.. sending 2/25.. 40 minutes later a call to say they are out of the color that I purchased, pick another color!!! No refund please and thank you.. NEVER AGAIN SO DISAPPOINTED

Great flowers & gift, just a tad late

No delivery on Valentine's Day was a big disappointment. Not calling for days, another. Then, six days later, a lovely delivery and a free bear! For my first experience I'm going to give BB the benefit of the doubt. Three of four of my deliveries from others also did not arrive on time. So, good recovery, Boo Bear. Thanks!

The worst. A total scam. Do not order from them. They will take your order and never deliver. All positive posts are fake. Customer service is a fake telephone number

Failed to deliver my wife flowers on…

Failed to deliver my wife flowers on valentines day. I traveled to san francisco from texas to celebrate valentines day. I ordered flowers and expected them delivered to our hotel.. EPIC FAIL. I hope buyer's see this review and order else where.

My entire order was delivered on time…

My entire order was delivered on time and was a huge hit with my girlfriend. She loved the 2 dozen blue roses. They were alive and beautiful upon arrival. I’d recommend this company and their product. Thanks for helping me make her Valentine’s Day special. She’s in the Airforce and the Blue was perfect.
