I saw BONZ in Sydney and kept walking past knowing I was going to New Zealand. Well, I was lucky as their only other store is In Queenstown. On my third day there I happened to walk past the store and went in. So glad I did. I bought a work of art sweater that I'll cherish for the rest of my life and pass onto my daught for another happy owner.

I purchased a lambskin coat from BONZ 15 years ago. Over time one of the buttons has come loose so on visiting Queenstown I popped into the BONZ store to see if I could get the button repaired. I thought it would either cost a fortune to repair or be a complicated process but to my amazement it was neither of those things. Lydia was so helpful and told me my coat was covered by a lifetime guarantee! She arranged for it to be sent to the factory to re-shank all the buttons (not just the loose one) and return it to me by courier for no cost. When my coat came back they had also provided a suit cover which will is a brilliant addition to protect my coat when travelling.
I can't thank Lydia and her team enough for their outstanding customer service - after all how many companies would stand by a product without question 15 years later!
I will certainly be purchasing from BONZ again!

I have 2 beautiful coats from BONZ, both were bought over 15 years ago and still look amazing. I took my cream lambskin coat to the dry cleaners in Ilam Christchurch a few weeks ago, and to my dismay the coat was returned minus 2 of the beautiful horn buttons. After many failed attempts at trying to find anything nearly as good quality, I telephoned BONZ Queenstown and spoke with Lydia. She very quickly assured me they could help me out and find replacements. I am delighted to write a review to reflect such impeccable service. Having bought the original garment so long ago I was doubtful as to what could be done, but BONZ Queenstown were so helpful and quick to respond via email, they have even posted me replacement buttons free of charge. It is this kind of service that reflects the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of these beautiful coats. Although pricey, they are lifelong investment, worth every hard earned penny. Thankyou Lydia and your team for providing me with outstanding customer service.

I stumbled on BONZ when I was looking for a sheepskin jacket for my partner (we are in QLD). The customer service from Lydia has been nothing short of exceptional. John loves the jacket because of it's supurb quality. I have since ordered one for myself, together with x 2 lambskin short sleeved jackets, a leather Davidson jacket for John, and x 3 jumpers. I highly recommend BONZ for their service and quality.

I do not usually leave reviews but feel compelled to acknowledge the exceptional service and support that I received from the BONZ staff and owner. They went out of their way to address my issue even though it was not their fault and I did not expect them to do anything at all. They went the extra distance it because they wanted me to be happy with the (expensive) item that I bought. I recommend BONZ most highly. Their products are of exceptional quality and their service, simply superb.

Excellent customer service, fast delivery and amazing product!

I discovered BONZ on the internet and ordered a merino mask with filters from them, which arrived in 2 days. It is beautifully made, fits well and very soft and comfortable to wear. Highly recommend.

Customer service is wonderful and the order arrived so quickly, initially I ordered the wrong size mask - small is actually for under 10 year olds', but Bonz was so helpful at sorting this out.

The purchase was easy with payment made over the phone through credit card, freighting organized and tracked for delivery the whole way. The Chair is a feature that may visitors comment on, and looking forward to expanding more options for unique and stunning furniture

We recently ordered masks from BONZ. The delivery was super fast and the customer service was amazing. The masks are a great shape, soft material and the colour was exactly as was shown on the website.

The mask is well made, fits really well (snug), and isn’t itchy. Big plus is it doesn’t fog up my glasses yay.

I recently ordered an Axel leather jacket direct from BONZ. I live in Spain and it was impossible to visit the shop.

Naturally I was nervous about buying without trying it on but Oscar and Lydia were very helpful with their advice on measuring. Eventually, I decided to have the arms 2cm longer.

The jacket arrived yesterday and it is a perfect fit and a beautiful garment. Light, warm and comfortable - as it should be!

My advice to anyone wanting a BONZ garment is to contact Lydia or Oscar and they will help you to make the right choice.

My Possum Merino Crew arrived yesterday in very quick time. Liking bright colours I got it in the red and am very happy with it. Though I have yet to wear it ( and it being the wrong time of year ) I did try it on and immediately noticed the comfort and the real warmth of it. Overall extremely happy with the sweater and the service.

As usual, my experience with BONZ has been great.

The Anika is a wonderful multi purpose jacket. It fits well and is true to size. It has been beautifully made, as have all the BONZ products that I have purchased over the years. Also, the jacket was well packaged to protect it in transit.
