Great product. The louvers work well with the motors.
Very sturdy pergola.
I only needed help with the framework. I was able to put in all the louvers and nuts and bolts. It was fairly easy to put together.

The construction quality is fantastic. The pictographic instructions aren’t awful, but the phone support makes up for any lapses. For the most part I built this myself so it took longer than advertised. Needed help with the cross members, otherwise it was easy going. The alignment, fit and finish are excellent. This is a moderately expensive unit but worth it all in my mind.

There was a slight mixup in the shipping which took longer than expected but, when I email the company for info on the delivery update they got back to me right away to explain the issue. Also the 2 screen channels I ordered had a slight difference to them so we had to make a slight modification on one of them to be able to finish the install. Otherwise the shipment was packed extremely well with absolutely no damage, and I really love the pergola and its quality. I would highly recommend it.

It took about 5 hours with screen would have been quicker if we didn’t have it oriented incorrectly the first run through.

We’ve spent about 70% of our waking hours under it because it so darn comfortable!

Oh, some folks noted that the integrated light is too dim. I disagree, but that may be because of our night-time use is for dining and get togethers, rather than fine-handwork or reading.

We had friends order a Hanso weeks before we ordered this and they are still waiting.

It is difficult to find a reliable company that responds quickly to your questions and stands by their product. Bon Pergola proved to me that they provide both. I cannot express the satisfaction we have with our pergola and the communication that we received from the company. Even after a slight damage to the shade screen (caused by the shipping company not them) they quickly resolved it without any hesitation. The product itself is just incredible and everyone that visits is truly in awe of how beautiful it looks. A+ company and A+ product.

We got the 13x9 freestanding pergola. Great product. Fast shipping. It was packaged really nicely. In total, it took my husband and I about 8 hours to set up. Mostly due to my misinterpreting directions. Excited to enjoy!

The pergola was delivered well packed and timely and looks great assembled. The only issue was the delivery. I ordered white glove service and the delivery service offloaded the very large and heavy crate to my driveway instead of my pool deck as requested.

I was nervous about gambling thousands of dollars on an internet photo, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality. One piece was damaged, but I was able to have it fixed at the local auto body shop (rather than wait) and Bon Pergola reimbursed me for the cost.

Yesterday we installed 13x13 pergola with one screen on 4 concrete blocks to get more height .
It is simply superb, quality and for quick delivery, mainly on delivery it beats out Hanso , Hanso takes any time between 3 months to 4 months to deliver your pergola so BON pergola number one in Aluminum pergolas
Also what they showed on the website is the price no shipping and taxes, here also it beats Hanso with tax free.
Coming to price it beats Hanso as well.

We love our pergola. I didn't think it would be a game changer for our patio, but it really did really transform the space. Assembly was straightforward.

This pergola is the real deal! Very well constructed, the instructions were clear and concise and it went up without issue. I installed the house-attached 10x10 in about 8 hours (by myself...nobody to assist) and was very happy with the results. Please be sure to NOT overtighten the nut/bolts that attach the slats as it states in the instructions or the ram motor won't be able to function properly. I'm very satisfied with Bon Pergola and would recommend to anyone wishing to put up a quality pergola.

Terrific company. They followed trough on every question I had.

I was told I would be notified when the product shipped and I was not. I had to call and found out it had already been shipped. When I received the product the boxes were tore up and the pallets were broken.

The structure and motorized operation is almost perfect. My only frustration is the LED light. It's not bright enough and the driver looks not enough power capability. It easily reaches max power limit and turned off. I needed to replace both LED lights and 24V supply to make it work even during rainy days.

Everything arrived in a timely manner and in good shape. Had I few issues with the instructions but figured them out with support from Bon Pergola. The quality seems to be quite good and everything works as expected. I pretty much built this by myself with an extra hand for the frame part.
