Great service
The shop was nicely laid out, and the staff were so accommodating and inviting. They didn’t have the part I needed, but checked when it will be in stock. Reagan and Neil were friendly, and even gave me some useful advice for my stove.

Excellent parts service with firebricks…
Excellent parts service with firebricks and baffle plate in stock for my Clearview stove. Staff carried the parts to my car and made sure they were secure before driving off.

Great company to deal with
A really great company to deal with. Frequent relevant updates, item beautifully packaged and presented with a really personal touch which comes from a small independent company who are honestly interested in their customers. Their base way up in beautiful Inverness was no barrier to easy ordering and swift delivery. All this plus commendable eco philosophy.

Excellent. Knowledgable, polite and helpful team fitted the stove. Delighted with it. Best purchase EVER. Compared to oven chimney fire place the stove has stopped the draught when not lit - and when lit - heats the whole house.
