Ordered the king size Juliet bed and is beautiful! Really lovely made! Delivery was fab - the guys were helpful and lovely. Great communication throughout- right up until delivery.

Poor mattress, wasn’t expecting a lot for the price however I would not describe it as firm. Service was absolutely terrible, dishonest and quite frankly insulting. Delivery drivers left the mattress downstairs in the lift and then lied saying we had agreed to that?! Delivery driver said they were a friend of the owner, but the owner said they’re not and said ‘so what you just believe anything they say’. Really unprofessional service and would never use again. Mattress is ok for the time we need it, a month or so before we move as our main mattress has been taken for our main residence already. We will be throwing this one away after a month or donating it if possible.

Excellent customer service. Delivery on time. Excellent bed and mattress quality. I would recommend them anytime anyday.

Good communication, although there are so many models it’s difficult to make sure you’re getting the set-up you want! Best send pictures of your selection as I did.
The bed arrived with a couple of buttons missing and a slight issue with the underside where the fabric didn’t quite meet the wood in one area but it didn’t show or affect the looks of the bed. Due to this the company gave us free assembly, which was very good of them. They also sent replacement buttons.
Unfortunately we had to sell the inclusive mattress on, and get a better quality one, so be aware that if you want a good mattress, go for their upgraded ones or purchase elsewhere.
We got the ottoman bed, and it works very well, good mechanism and loads of storage. Overall a good product, great value for money, and a nice company to deal with. I would recommend them.

Love my new bed, really comfy. Bed was easy enough to put together when I got the videos through to follow. Really good price and quality. No complaints.

Bed was made to specific requirements, 4 drawers under which are very strong and sturdy. Only minor issue was getting the brackets on to join the base bottoms together. Very comfortable mattress. Excellent communication from start to finish. Would recommend.

Customer service was fantastic, efficient responses and answers to questions. Plenty of option in choice of bed, shape/size/colour/material/draws/ottoman etc. Quality is fantastic and for the prices these beds are absolute steals. Highly recommend
