What started out as a potentially negative experience, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service to try and make things right for me. Customer service is top notch and I was very happy with the choices for the sound app. Grateful for the positive response and would recommend Bonamour to others.

Great product!

I ordered the regular size earbuds but requested the smaller size and was assisted right away. The customer service I must say is superb!

I am very happy with the soundscapes library as well as the product and would recommend it to anyone!

I ordered and received buds without a hitch. I ended up needing to upgrade to smaller buds and was assisted immediately without question! Customer service is so important to me that I felt a need to give huge kudos! Thank you!

The Bonamour sleep system is great. I sleep soundly and really like the sound library.

I purchased the ear buds to help with sleep and and drown my husbands snoring. I did originally order the regular size and they didn’t quite fit my ears so I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and willing to remedy the issue by shipping me the smaller buds along with a bonus sleep mask. Hoping the smaller buds will fit my ears better and I do really enjoy the app that goes along with the buds. I do have a separate meditation app I like to use and they work accordingly with the product. EXCELLENT customer service and respond time!

Prompt customer service. I had a question about the sleep buds and sent an email to customer support. I had a response overnight. After an additional email with questions, a resolution was offered and my questions all answered. I read negative reviews about the customer service but only 5 stars for me. I feel more rested after wearing the sleep buds due to shift work and sleep patterns being disrupted. Check them out. May be worth your time.

I have tried several sleep "ear buds" over the years. I finally found a pair that lasts through the night (7+ hours), has excellent sound quality, blocks out my husband's snoring and they don't hurt my ears! I also loved the ease of connecting to my phone and how they automatically turn on and off when it their case. I am so impressed with these and thankful because one of my ears has about had it! They are slick and high quality as well compared to others I have tried.

Such a great concept as I’ve tried sleeping in my EarPods and it hurts! I have a track ti help reset my parasympathetic nervous system and these will make it so much easier to lay and relax.

I have been using the Bonamour sleep system for about a month and have never had better sleep. The sound library has so many options for getting me to sleep fast. The sound quality is great. When I travel it helps with keeping hotel noise out. I would highly recommend for better sleep

They worked fine at first but after a couple weeks, one stopped working and the screen/protector on the other one fell out and I can't find it. Hopefully they will replace the faulty units. Button placement is not optimal and they can sometimes pause when I go to my side. A little over-priced if you ask me.

I received my Bonamour Sleep System and they are wonderful! I will need to upgrade to the smaller Sleep System, as these are a little too big for my ears and side sleeping. The sound library is awesome! I was literally lulled to sleep in a matter of minutes versus it usually taking me a long time to finally fall asleep. They also were great at blocking out my husband's snoring! I would definitely recommend the Bonamour Sleep System if you have any trouble falling or staying asleep!

The sound library is great. Customer service is very responsive and happy to help. Still figuring out if they aid in deep sleep but I also use the library choices while driving in stressful traffic or preparing for a meeting.

Bonamour has far and away the best sound library. I have tinnitus and it seems to be at its loudest and most disruptive when I'm trying to fall asleep. Before I bought my Bonamour earbuds, I downloaded a number of sound apps to see if they would make falling asleep easier. I found that most of the limited sounds offered didn't work for me so I kept playing the same mix of white (or brown, pink, etc.) noise + ocean waves every night on my phone. When I decided to "graduate" to ear buds I was absolutely thrilled to see how many sounds were available in the Bonamour library! Another huge plus is their customer service which is exceptional. My questions were answered the same day...often within minutes of my sending them.

TLDR: No refunds ever, painful for side sleepers, bad battery life, scratches against pillow, accidentally pauses throughout the night due to poor button placement.

Wanted to leave a review with information I wish I’d known. First of all, there are absolutely NO refunds whatsoever. Regardless of the issue you’re having, even if they’re faulty. They will replace them or try to up-sell you a different pair. They claim this is because their sound library cannot be returned, even though the library is not password protected and is out there for anyone to use. They are even on Spotify.
The second most important thing to know is that the battery will not last a full nights sleep. They hide that fact in their very verbose website so that they can say they warn users about that (shady). The sound turning off suddenly at night wakes me up. A fade feature could avoid that, but the sounds are just playing from a web browser.
Third, the earbuds are pretty painful for a side sleeper. After two nights of wearing them, I couldn’t even put them in my ears without wincing in pain.
The play/pause button is right on the outside of the earbud which can be toggled by laying on your side, pausing the sound suddenly.
The material the earbud is made of makes a very loud scratching sound when it comes in contact with a pillow.

I have worked extensively with customer service on these issues, and have even engaged with managers, but they have stopped responding and refuse to give a refund for any reason.

The earbuds worked great from the first night. Easy set up. I emailed customer service to tell them that I was pleased but maybe they should have different sizes. They informed me that they have smaller ones and assisted me on exchange. Top notch customer service.

So far the best quality sound and sound library. The library has possibly the widest range of choices, I chose pink sound, as I suffer from tinnitus. I fell asleep with that masking the ringing in my ears. What few questions that arose in regards to my sleep system earbuds, customer service responded in 24 hours each time. That alone was a comfort.

The sounds and how these work are great. I have small ears I suppose cos they hurt my ears however I was given the option to upgrade to a small pair. I hope they fit well and the customer service is nice.
