Utter disappointment…
I am pretty disappointed by my lackluster experience with BOHIQ. I ordered a purse from this company online. The shipping and arrival went smoothly, but upon opening, I saw the purse was too small for my use and so I immediately started the return process as outlined by their website. Over two weeks and 5 separate emails later, I have received zero response from anyone concerning my wish to return and my window for this is almost closed. I am utterly disappointed and pretty upset. Don’t make the expensive mistake I did and only order items from this company you are 100% sure you will keep.
