The nail serum came highly recommended by a person it works for. After I used it as recommended by the company for two weeks, my cuticles and nail folds were drier and splitting till bleeding. I stopped and a week later I was back to normal a bit dry.
I have reached out to the company for advice. The only response was a generic email suggesting I persist and asking for photos. I replied with requested information. Nothing. I followed up. Nothing. Followed up again. Nothing. They don't care.

I purchased the nail serum - hard to comment on effectiveness as the smell is so strong and awful I can't keep using it. My issues:
1. The website is flawed as it defaults to a 'surprise me' fragrance. I was using my mobile phone so it wasn't as easy to see there is a drop down list to select a fragrance and assumed there was no fragrance. They then send you their less popular fragrances in stock
2. If you want to smell like a car deodoriser then choose caramel vanilla which is what they 'surprised me' with
3. If you try and exchange it, their terms are only that you never open and use the product. Which is difficult to determine that it makes you nauseous and smells for hours - which is not practical for an office job

I purchased their limited edition Pumpkin Spice nail serum pens and absolutely love it! The scent is wonderful, my cuticles and nails have quickly become rejuvenated again after being damaged from acrylic removal. Love the convenience and it lives in my handbag now. My only concern is that I don’t know if they’re recyclable or disposable and I do care about my environmental impact.
