I’ve had an awesome experience working with Bobtail. Their team is super professional and really stays on top of communication. The reps consistently check in, follow up on loads, and make sure everything is running smoothly from start to finish.
Big shoutout to Sammy — always checking in, keeping me updated, and making sure everything is handled right. That level of communication makes a huge difference.
What I appreciate most is how proactive they are — you’re never left wondering what’s going on. They actually care about keeping you informed and supported.
Overall, great company to work with. Reliable, responsive, and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend.

I have had a frustrating experience with Bobtail, particularly regarding their lack of responsiveness and follow-up on pending invoices. Despite submitting invoices on time, I have had to repeatedly push the company to address payments, which should be handled proactively rather than requiring constant client follow-up. The process of getting paid has been inconsistent, and there is no clear communication when invoices are delayed or stuck in processing.

Additionally, the experience became even more difficult during a buyout process. Bobtail was uncooperative and slow to respond when trying to finalize the transaction. While some customers praise Bobtail’s customer service and fast payments, my experience has been the opposite marked by delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend Bobtail to others based on this experience, especially for those who need reliable, proactive support.

I originally chose Bobtail based on their positive reviews highlighting fast payments, responsive support, and seamless service. However, as I stated previously, I had the complete opposite. They were unresponsive, failed to follow up on pending invoices without constant client chasing, and became difficult and uncooperative during a buyout process. What I expected to be a smooth, professional transaction turned into a frustrating and disorganized ordeal.

I have a great experience with Wendy, she help me clarify some loads i was having issues with. Definitely Wendy is very professional and that makes bobtail exemptional for who ever needs factoring.

If i have to recommend someone from bobtail that will definitely will be Wendy.
