I recently ordered a bobbleheadz because I thought it would be a great gift idea, something different. The likeness of the bobblehead was very good to the pictures i provided. I found the delivery of the item cam rather quickly. My expereince with this company was very good and i will likely be a repeat customer

It was horrible dealing with them. I think they are based in China. Emails don't get responded to during the day. I paid for express shipping but it never arrived on time. It was shipped to the wrong person. They made me another one that looks nothing like the proof. It was for my sons graduation. He hates it because it looks nothing like him. I'm not getting a response for refund or remake. I guess I just wasted about $200 for nothing.

I ordered a custom Bobblehead and received it. I was very happy with the final product. I was surprised to receive an invoice from FedEx a week or so after the project was done charging me extra $$ for shipping. I reached out to Bobbleheadz and they ultimately resolved the issue by refunding me for the unquoted fees.

I could not be happier with the quality of the product I received and the service that was provided.

I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to others!

Very well made bobblehead and the service was quick! The proof was sent and the actual bobblehead was sent a few days later.

I ordered the bobble head as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately, I had only two blurry pictures of my friend. This company worked wonders with what they were given! Very impressed with the product. They emailed me a proof before they sent it and clarified any questions I had before shipping. Excellent customer service. Excellent company.
