Way to many fee they charge you for everything
I dont understand how you can charge me for sending my own money. It's not like y'all, are putting the money in my account, it's my money, but y'all charging me to send money at any given time ATM fees, wallet fees and then you make people pay 3 months in advance for the monthly. Fee, I don't understand why you have to do that. Not a very good app to me at all.I honestly would not recommend

This by far is the worst prepaid…
This by far is the worst prepaid banking company I have ever used it re-issued me a card without me asking did not let me know that so my original card was not working when I went to pay bills. It's been a whole three months and I have not gotten a card. Yes, you can use the virtual card, but you can't use the virtual card with everything. The only other option is to connect your account to an external card and it charges way too much to do that. Please don't waste your hard earned money or your time with this company. All they could do is explain that they had some issues with the card and they are not issuing new cards right now and that I have to wait to get a new one. What kind of BS is this you are playing with my money B9. three months is a very long time to wait for a new card when you keep saying that that I have to wait for a new card, but you're not issuing a new card. I am definitely going elsewhere and this I think is a precursor for what's to come? I would move my money now if I were you.

Do not use this bank!!! I've had transactions come out multiple times and it has never happened before with other bank accounts. Whenever I call to get answers, the employees are extremely rude and don't want to help.

These are temporary holds and not completed charges. Once the merchant releases them, the funds are automatically returned — we don’t have the ability to remove these holds on our side.

I didn't even know it switched my direct deposit. When I realized I went to transfer my direct deposit to my regular bank in that I don't even have a b9 card yet. They now are telling me the transfer will take 3 business days. Horrible customer service and no one will help!!!!

Long waits for Money holds.
Walmart put a hold on my account for several hundred dollars. They released it last week and I have yet to get it back and b9 states I will have it back on the 21st! That will be 31 DAYS! That they held HUNDREDS of dollars! When you have 6 kids and a limited that is a lot of money to hold! It is April 12 and 23 DAYS that I haven’t not received a dime from MY money!

Hello Alisha. We understand how confusing a pending charge can be. This is a temporary authorization placed by the merchant to check available funds—it’s not a completed transaction. The timing is outside our control. We can only share the authorization expiry date, but it may settle or drop off sooner if the merchant finalizes or releases it.

This is the worst bank I ever had they charge for everything everything if I want to move money or pay a bill they charge $4-$30 u can’t speak with a supervisor if u needed. they aloud uber to take money two times and then I couldn’t get my money back for 31 days by far the WORST BANK. “Do Not DO NOT BANK WITH B9!!”
