I used to love this place
I used to love this place and traveled 30 minutes to get there when another dealership was 5 minutes away. A recent experience has left me doubting..I brought my X5M in for service ($6000!.) and the tech forgot to back up years of customized settings when he disconnected the dashboard causing everything to be wiped clean. I mean Everything; radio presets, phone, seats, climate, mirrors, M buttons, driver profiles, data points, equalizer, lighting, and countless others. All because he forgot a 15 second backup. It took me 5 hours to restore most but not all of it, not to mention the aggravation and time spent with BMW Genius support. On top of that my center console trim was loose and installed without all the clips, a true second rate job. The interior was left dirty and all my belongings that had to be removed looked like they were put back by someone who just didn't care. To a car enthusiast like me, this was devasting. When asked what they could do, I gave it serious thought and asked to have my maintenance plan extended for a year. I was offered a free detailing or $350 credit. I brought in a meticulous $120k car, spent $6000 for service and got back a mess to clean up, losing 1/2 day of work and got an insulting offer. I don't know, maybe I'm overreacting but it just doesn't seem right.
