The construction is durable. It was relatively easy to assemble. However, when attaching the top to the body... position the parts exactly has pictured in the diagram. My contractor didn't and destroyed on of the connections :-| The only time you need a screwdriver is when attaching the hinges!

Bluu has a great selection and decent pricing for the high quality of their pieces. I had a good buying and delivery experience, so I would check out the website since the shipping is pretty reasonable. The staff really knows there stuff when you call too.

Love this Box. The only change I would make is the lid. Everything was easy to put together but the lid. I struggled and bruised my old hands trying to snap it together. Eventually had to step on it with all my body weight to get it clicked together. Looks great on my back veranda.

This is a great product. Sturdy, well-constructed and nice looking. We had great customer support too, since I put in the wrong delivery address and was able to get that changed quickly and easily. One tip: when you put it together, you need to tip the sides so they click into the bottom, not try to insert them straight in.

Had a box come damaged and they sent another one right away, which the second one came damaged, so instead of testing my luck 1 more time with fed Ex. Customer service refunded me.

Shipping is getting horrible and out of control of Bluu. Glad they stand behind and took care of me.

When I set up my new green house I noticed seam was ripped, I contacted Bluu and they resolved probably quickly.

Bought a mobile base from Bluu directly. The product was missing parts and they gave me a credit to buy the screws. But then after a few short months of outdoor use, the product became rusted and damaged my outdoor pavers. Company offered 30 dollar credit. Pathetic, I want a full refund for the garbage product they sold me. Bad quality and bad service. Beware and don't buy from them, the return policy is non existent and you have to pay to ship items back to them.

One of my items was damaged when it arrived and the team at Bluu were extremely responsive to quickly replace it.

The parcel was damaged and I informed support at bluu and asked the procedure to return and get a replacement on 1/23/22 and have not heard from bluu

There was a glitch in the shipping of an extra chair, however, was rectified and am pleased with the results and love the product. These chairs will look great at our mountain cabin in N. Georgia

The box is light sturdy and well-built. The support is exemplary. The instructions for putting the box together are somewhat confusing and too small to see clearly. Everything that support so kindly helped me with could have been addressed in clearer instructions. STILL I would buy from Bluu again.

This was a gift. The lid arrived cracked and Bluu is sending a whole new box replacement. No hassel.

It went together easily, is a good size for my back porch and it holds the lid open for you until you close it!

I purchased the 120-gallon box and we opened it on Christmas. I had a little difficultly at the very beginning of assembly and thought the video might be helpful. I sent an email at ~9:30pm on Christmas hoping to receive help on Monday the 26th. Thirteen minutes later Aries sent a response with a link to the video! Even though I struggled a lot more than the gentleman in the video, it was helpful. The assembly went smoothly, and the box looks great in our backyard. I really appreciate the customer service and will look to Bluu for any future needs.
