Dear customer, we are sorry the tissue paper was torn during shipping, we do our upmost to ensure deliveries are made within 5 working days and that garments are packed with care. The order was made on the 5th, and delivered on the 7th, according to our records.

The coat was despatched quickly and arrived in time for Christmas.
However, the website that signing up fir emails etc would give you a 10% discount in your first order. I signed up but did not receive a discount and I have not received a reply to my email querying why the discount code was not available.
