Working with Blue Star and James has been an incredibly valuable experience. They have a high service level, expertise and competence, and offer many options for you to create a strong short and long term financial plan. I also noticed that in no way are they aggressive in pushing products, they are focused on your goals and providing you with solutions to evaluate together. I highly recommend Blue Star.

Had an issue with the main payment method.
Representative (broker agent) is quite fast to react though.
A hotline and responses to the email clients send directly on the contact email listed on the website would help.
The platform functionalities are lacking a little too.

I am working with Ian Bell in Shanghai. I find him to be knowledgeable, attentive and proactive in his management of my investments. I have been advised by David Biggam for several years now and his service has been impeccable. He has only recently joined Bluestar so it is a little early to write a full review of their performance but so far it has been faultless.
