Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish! Laura was so polite friendly and helpful. Price you are quoted covers everything and does not change. We were in the unfortunate position of having our exchange fall through 2 days prior to packing service. Laura was able to assist and change our dates no added cost. Very flexible and honest and fair pricing. Other companies add on insurance cancellation fees and request minimum notice but at blue sky they understand when purchasing your home or being in a chain things can be beyond your control. Time and notice may not always be an option. Packing was quality and delivery on the day could not fault! Took so much pressure off. Highly recommend Laura Lloronte and blue sky

Zak, Rana and Mubashar have done an outstanding job moving us from a 2 bedroom flat to a house with several floors. They have dismantled and reassembled all the furniture we requested and have moved boxes and furniture to each allocated rooms. A big thank you to them and to Pamela that organise the move. Great Job!
Karan, Rana and Mubasher turned up today to clear some large items out of our house. They did an excellent and thorough job moving everything I wanted to be moved (and even some heavy items we just wanted taken downstairs and put in a different location). All the items were ;oaded carefully in their van and taken to storage and left carefully stored. Excellent work from them, and nothing was too much trouble!

Amazing move
The team from start to finish we're extremely helpful. Pamela from customer service was amazing, very professional and helpful. She was very informative and gave some very helpful tips before the big move. She always answered all my queries very quickly.
The team who helped us with packing and the move were absolutely amazing. Zak who did the packing from previous day was super quick, efficient and very meticulous especially as we had a lot of fragile items.
Zein, Sheikh and Talha jr, were also speedy, very meticulous with packing and moving all the boxes especially with delicate and fragile items. All 4 were absolutely amazing from start to finish, we were very grateful for their hardwork and extra care they took.

Quality service!
Quality service!! Swift with packing and removing without impacting you at all. On the day of moving the removed all the stuff from our flat at 9am and we weren’t given the keys until 3pm and once called still arrived within 10 minutes and unpacked room by room.

Great service throughout the moving process - accommodated us brilliantly, despite the constant and multiple changes to our moving date.

Responsive, friendly, efficient and great value for money!
We reached out to a number of removals companies for moving from our two bed first home to a three bed nearby. Blue Sky Relocation were amazing from start to finish. Pamela was super responsive and answered all questions right up to the night before completion, via phone, email and even WhatsApp!
On the day of the move, Zak, Khalid & Farooq were incredible! They worked nonstop and packed everything so neatly and professionally into their vans, taking great care when dismantling and re-assembling our large furniture items.
They made the whole day go so seamlessly, and no request was too much for them. All three were super friendly and got us out, and into our new home with utmost efficiency!
Would highly recommend Blue Sky.

Had a few issues
Communication via WhatsApp was very efficient. The move itself wasn't as good as we hoped considering the good reviews. They took 6 hours to load up the vans (we had already packed) and 4 to unload.
Our mattress got wet on route (hadn't been wrapped). They didn't want to reconstruct our wardrobe and said the quality of it was bad and parts were broken (we had had no obvious issues with the wardrobe previously). A painting got scratched.
I contacted the company with my concerns regarding the move. They responded by offering me £150 in return for removing my review.

As for the time it took to complete your move, it's standard for moves over 100 miles to involve careful loading, dismantling, assembling, and unloading of items in their designated rooms.
I sincerely apologise for the mattress getting wet during the move. We truly regret that situation and have already offered £150 as compensation for the deep cleaning of the mattress. Our team on your job has been briefed to be extra cautious in rainy weather moving forward.
Our crew informed you about the condition of the wardrobe before they began working. There were some pre-existing damages, and they took pictures to document it. Despite that, they skilfully managed to reassemble it without causing any further damage.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are committed to improving our services in the future.

First class service right from the get-go!!
What a first class service right from the get-go!! Speaking with Laura initially who has been friendly, helpful and extremely responsive to every, sometimes silly, question I’ve had!!
But on move day, the 3 guys that rocked up to move my stuff were absolutely brilliant!! Talha, Talha and Rana were the most friendly, polite, helpful and considerate gentlemen!
They had to move all my stuff down 6 flights of stairs one end but fortunately only one flight the other end. No complaining, it was just part of the job. Every time I went to help, they wouldn’t let me. They took control and moved with precision.
I needed some help to move a couple of (heavy) bits out at the new place and they did this for me without question! I am so grateful.
So all in all - I cannot recommend Bluesky Relocations highly enough. Great value, personable, friendly, hardworking. Thank you for taking the stress out of move day!!
