Charged me for telling them I have high cholesterol
I have had insurance with this company for over 3 years. I just found out I have high cholesterol and rang to tell them. They gave me a number to ring Medical screening. The guy at medical screening laughed and said no high cholesterol was covered and you don't have medical screening for that, the insurance company waiver it. I rang the insurance company back again and after being put on hold they charged me 21 euros for the 'medical screening' they did over the phone which was 3 questions.... I will not be taking out insurance next year on principle with them

A very quick and simple procedure

Online, it takes several attempts to book insurance.
Anthea, my wife was booking insurance for me, once she upgraded to Grade 3 insurance for motorcycle coverage, then on to the bank payment section, the system froze on several attempts.
