Decided to rent a server for 7 Days to Die so I could play with a few friends without them having bad ping trying to connect to me, knew nothing at all about servers so googled away, Bluefang Solutions seemed like the best option for me with all the other good reviews out there, and only after a week or so there support team has been extremely helpful I didnt even pay for the silver service (i think that was what it was called) option but I seem to get gold service anyway, every question asked received a very quick answer and if it was something I was seriously stuck on the support team would do it for me. Will be looking into renting a few other servers for different games with these guys.
These people are awesome they go above and beyond customer service. If you need a change to your server I've never had it take longer than 15 minutes. Always polite and knowledgeable.
I am not one to know how to run a server or update it. With this company, they have the support that is willing to go above and beyond to make sure I didn't mess everything up. In the one case, I did ... I was saved and they fixed the issue no problem. Thank you BFS!
Craig is the support fellow that helped me tremendously with the installation of a MOD I was using for my Arma3 group. If you need help with anything as far as installations etc., with Arma, Craig is the person to ask for. After googling allot about how to fix stuff from certain mods that we got installed... tried the live chat. Craig helped me and all got fixed within the 10 minutes..
1 downside tough. he couldn't help me get a million euros on my bank.., after 2 requests hes still working on that.

Brilliant Service and Server. I've had to contact Customer service a few times now, because I've mess the server or mods. Customer Service was very very helpful, fast response time and went the extra mile to fix/help.

We have had several servers with BlueFang including Minecraft, ARK, Life is Feudal, and 7 Days to Die. Tech support has been great with Live Help and Support tickets, they are fast to respond and are good about giving detailed directions on tweaking your server selections. Very happy!
Long story short: I'm not a SQL savvy and I messed up the DB on a machine we use on BFS, I asked for help and they not only answered right away, but they solved my issue in a whim, all this in like 10 minutes!

TLDR: I have had this server a little under a month and will tell you now that I recommend their services to anyone.
Detailed: Bluefangsolutions is the best server provider I have ever had. Their web-based server management page is so easy to navigate (I know others can feel like a maze). No need to go to a generic IP and type in unique credentials for your server (although they do have that also if that is what you prefer). Everything can be managed right on your account by logging in with your chosen username and password.
The ping was great, server never went offline. Had one issue where I couldn't access my File Manager (Awesome Feature) and I took my problem to live chat. Let me tell you, not only did I get put in a chat with multiple staff members all taking care of my problem at once but had said problem fixed in under literally 2 minutes. WOW. That is all. Enjoy your new services :)
