The Blue Fang servers are stable and easy to set up. The support team has been quick to respond to any questions or issues that have come up. I'm on year four with them as a customer and will continue to use their servers for my online games.
Been using them for about 2 years now, always have fantastic customer service and minimal issues with the server itself
I just wanna say, Brad has been the best help! He helped me through countless of questions and we even built a great friendship that only grew stronger as we figured things out together. We even discussed how to leave the simulation that we are all in! Thanks Brad for the wonderful help!
Just got a Valheim Plus server, and had trouble finding it. Blue Fang Tech Support got me sorted out in minutes. I've used Blue Fang for years and have multiple game servers. I'll always recommend them if someone is looking for a service. I also love that no FTP software is needed. If you want to tweak something, the files are all right there and available. Awesome Tech Support as well, for when things go wrong.

I want to highlight one positive point, and this is support. Support works here quickly, although not efficiently. If you're going to talk about life about politics, then you are here. They will be happy to answer any question here :)
Negative points.
I spent $ 40 on 7days to die server. I paid for a mod that was not working. I cannot install the mod itself, and I must inform the support about all the configurations, after which they load the game and mods themselves. And if the first time the support helped me, then the second time to change the mod, I was simply sent to order the service again through the website. The site here is made on the super-engine WordPress (I once learned PHP at school). Hello from the 20th century. Therefore, from what I understood, I was offered to pay another 40 dollars (although there was 0 in the basket), but I could not pay again since the cards stayed in the office. In general, I spent 2 hours figuring out who to ask for a change of fashion. I talked to support and tried to update the server, but I'm not ready to pay another $ 40 for this.
I do not recommend the service.

Just got a Life is Feudal: Your Own server from them. Paid for the silver support. They installed the custom map and mods for me, the service was really fast and super courteous.
New user to Blue Fang Solutions. Started a 7 Days to Die server literally like 2-3 days ago. I have had a few issues learning how to properly use the File Manager to tweak my game settings and every time I thought I destroyed everything, I was able to receive immediate professional help. The first time, I used the Live Help and received a solution almost immediately. Even now I just sent in a ticket and Brad responded to and assisted my issue with ease. Each time I was helped the person on the other side was experienced, professional, and never once gave me any attitude for my lack of knowledge. I know I'm a new user to this service but I have rented servers before and have never had such great customer service. Hopefully I have no more issues in the future but if I do I have no doubt they will be fixed with ease.

I have used this supplier on and off over the last 7 years, first for Space Engineers, then for 7 Days to Die, now for Valheim. The service delivery is reliable, I have only ever reported one technical issue and that was fixed quickly.
Seriously, within a few seconds my questions are answered, things fixed when I make mistakes. I love this level of service. I have a few hosted servers form them and I have not a single negative comment about BlueFang, I will use them and recommend them to anyone who needs a game server. It is not only more efficient thean doing it yourself, but safer.
Started my Ark server today with Blue Fang Solutions and must say they provide the best service and they are very helpfull because there was some issues with my server and they helped me until it was fixed 5 star rating forsure!!
I have multiple server with Blue Fang.
Even when my friends and I are done with one they will provide a credit for the rest of the month and I can transfer to a different game.
Support is top of the line and will either install the mods for you ( if you pay for the extra support) or walk you through it and verify the files.
Craig by FAR is the best for support i have had him deal with my questions for sometimes hours talking to him to get things to work and run perfectly.

I have servers for Life is Feudal and Valhiem. Their support staff are patient, knowledgeable and get the job done.
This is much appreciated because I am able to break tech with the wrong side-eye. =)
Despite that, I've never felt judged, or spoken down to, by any of the support staff that I've interacted with.

I was having issues setting up my 7 Days to Die and decided to try the Live Chat for help. Craig answered almost immediately and was able to help me, in layman's terms, understand and fix my issue. Took only about 5 minutes!!
Stable, great ping, great people in the chat available for questions. I have never had such good ping on a dedicated server I have rented.
Easy to manage console for stopping/starting. FTP access to backup files I need. I was comfortable editing some files in command line and the text editors. They even offer to install mods for you when you purchase the server. Price is reasonable.
Very satisfied and very happy I went with Blue Fang.
