Detailed Results
Within 8 days of your appointment, your results will be available online through our My Wellness portal. Your printed report will be sent in the mail within 21 days. The report explains each test in detail, assigning every result a flag of green, amber, or red. It also provides follow-up advice on how you could improve your results.
24/7 GP Helpline
All of our health check packages provide you with unlimited access to a 24/7 GP helpline for a year after your appointment. From tummy upsets to travel advice, the service also covers prescriptions.

Eva has a really calm disposition and relaxed approach to her clients which left me at ease
Honestly I was quite nervous about this appointment and Im fully aware how much weight I've put on over the last couple of years and that could be contributing to some of the pains and aches I'm feeling and concerned about but I was so worried about being judged. I honestly had not a single worry to be had as Eva was so lovely, super professional and really made me feel at ease. I couldn't have asked for a more lovely nurse to make me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with everything. She was very thorough in her explanations and what was going to be included in the appointment and what happens after and didn't make me feel stupid when I had questions to ask. Hopefully my results will give me the kickstart I need to get my health back on track as it's always an eye opener to figure out what's going on under the skin!
It is expensive but if you have any health worries and the GP won't see you for months then I 100% recommend getting some answers from these guys so that atleast the GP can fast track your needs when they see the blood work etc has already been done.

Friendly and Professional
I recently had my health assessment with Ava and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. From start to finish she was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, but what stood out most was how warm and easy to talk to she was. My health assessment was carried out by Fiona Meldrum
My health assessment was carried out by Fiona Meldrum at the Holiday Inn express in Lichfield. The signage and directions were really good and Fiona greeted me just before my appointment time and took me through to the examination area.
Before the assessment began, Fiona explained what we would be doing and for what purpose and we then went through all of the different tests that I had paid for.
Fiona was very calm and professional, clearly very experienced in her role. I found her to be polite and chatty, but certainly not intrusive. Through our conversation she was able to understand and little about my history and reasons for taking the health assessment and then was able to offer me some additional tests to compliment the package I had bought, which looked at any areas of concern in more detail.
Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you Fiona Meldrum.

Really easy to book the health review through the Vitality App. The location on the day was easy to get to and pleasant to be in. Ruth, the health check assessor was great, very friendly and she put me at ease straight away. She explained the process as we went along and answered questions about the check up. Second year to complete these health checks through vitality. I highly recommend the upgrade for more in depth blood tests (£49). Dealt with a nurse called Kirsty Sharp, very pleasant and kind. All good 👍🏼

First bluecrest health check
The was my first experience of a health check of this kind and the process went very smoothly. I couldn’t remember which tests I had booked in for and what the additional options on the day were but Dan explained each test in detail and had a great “bedside manner” while conducting the tests, made me feel completely at ease.
