I've worked at Bluebird Care for 12years,starting as a care worker and progressing to supervisor role. Throughout my journey, Bluebird has consistently provided excellent care to its customers while also being a fantastic place to work. The company offers thorough training and unwavering support,not just professionally but also on a personal level. whether your starting or looking to grow in your career the support is there. Since joining Bluebird what I have found is every aspect of my role as a carer centres around Day to Day Communication and support to ensure that I am able to give the best care to the people I visit. For me the ones I enjoy the most are.
The Quality of Life, Dignity and Laughter that is instilled in me as a Bluebird carer. It is one of many priorities to the people I care for.I am lucky to be involved with this as a Blueburd employee. Every member of Blue bird work as a team to ensure all this is maintained and nurtured. I am lucky to be in a job that is not a chore but a pleasure.

I first joined Bluebird over 4 years ago, brand new to care. The training ( in office and out on the field) was informative and I could tell they really care about their customers and their carers. I have over 40 years working in healthcare and experiencing healthcare at home for my father. I joined Bluebird Stafford just over a year ago this with the wish to enable others to remain at home with the necessary support for as long as possible. From the moment I started my new role I have been trained, supported and encouraged to go the extra mile and provide the best care to meet the customers individual needs. Experienced carers make a positive difference to my life. Staff are punctual and always willing to help me with my caring needs.

The workers are always punctual and have any information they need. They have appropriate clothing and footwear for the long walks which I need. I feel safe and supported while out with them. I enjoy the friendly company, and the experience helps me to cope with my day to day problems.
