4.5 Stars Excellent service. Only minor inconvenience was plumber not having a small part needed to cap off an outlet when dishwasher removed so we've ordered it online. It would not have been worth the extra time for him to go and get one locally! That apart very prompt and genuine. Thank you.

I have been working with the Bluebell team for quite a few years now and they have really been fantastic. They are a honest, hard working and reliable team that clearly care about good customer service. I run an estate agent and it is extremely helpful to have the reliability that Bluebell have demonstrated over the years. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had a plumber come round to try and…
We had a plumber come round to try and find a leak. He didn't find it, even though he was there for well over an hour, opened up the boarding to expose the pipe work but he only opened up half of the boarding so only 1 pipe was showing. They recommended completely renewing the shower area as they couldn't find the leak. We went round there ourselves (the property has tenants) and opened up the other half of the boarding where we found the other pipe and the leak, it was quite obvious. They charged us £153.00 for the work; unfortunately, we paid it. I have asked for a refund as he didn't find the leak and only did half a job (or no job at all really) but they haven't answered any of my emails. I will not be using this company again.
