He’s always punctual, clean and tidy and incredibly good at explaining exactly what it is he needs to do and why. For an old guy like me who hasn’t a clue about plumbing, Reece is beyond helpful. Damian and Ed did an excellent job in wiring in my new boiler and fitting a thermostat to the existing water tank. They were very professional and articulate ensuring everything was was 100% before finishing the job. I would certainly use them again.

Bluebell were great in arranging next day attendance when the controls to the boiler stopped working and the flat was without heating and hot water. Ed did a fantastic job replacing the controls to the boiler. He ran tests to ascertain the issue then fetched the new part from a nearby supplier. He explained the process in simple terms and answered any questions.

Reece was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. He was informative and did his best to make sure he could help us with all our issues, even those outside his remit.

Have used Bluebell several times and always reliable and pleasant to deal with. On this occasion Reece came to fix a damaged kitchen tap and was a pleasure to work with. Very happy and I’m sure will use again.

Reece came out to replace a leaky tap after a late evening request on Friday night, and was with us with the replacement tap at 8am Monday morning - fixed it all within an hour. He was courteous, professional and efficient, and would highly recommend him and Bluebell Building group.
