My experience with Blue Angel was perfect - very friendly, professional and talented jewellers. I wanted to get a bespoke engagement ring made and the whole process was smooth and well communicated.

Khurram initially spent a long time discussing the various options and design choices with me. It was clear he was very knowledgeable and was happy taking time to explain the pros and cons of each option, before offering a competitive quote.

The following day I was provided with a CAD design of the ring to review. Whilst I was happy with the design, Khurram made it clear he would have been willing to make any adjustments if needed.

The ring was then produced on time and exactly to the agreed design. I couldn’t have been happier with the final outcome and overall service. I would highly recommend.

After 12 months of confusing and unsatisfying research for a new engagement ring (our 20 year anniversary) we found Blue Angel Jewellers and Khurram. He was superb from the very beginning, listened to me, spent time showing me lots of options that suited my taste and budget. He had my ring designed and stayed in contact with photos as the ring was being made. He was expert and reassuring all the way! The end result was a ring that I love at a very fair price. It was a very emotive purchase and Khurram was superb at making sure we were delighted with the result!

I've had an extraordinary experience here. I was very apprehensive about my ring purchase particularly after visiting some shops before and feeling confused.
When we got here we felt like we were listened to carefully and given really honest advice about how we can be utilise our budget. We were never pressured to go over our budget like in other stores which I really appreciated. The cherry on top is the SERVICE, Khuram was very attentive to all details, when I needed my Ring to be resized he's done it in short time and in perfect way. I looove my ring and very happy with it.
