Don't order from Bloomist
I ordered a desk from Bloomist and the experience was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. After placing my order, I reached out with several straightforward questions about the purchase and struggled to get clear answers. My inquiries were either ignored or inadequately addressed, leaving me with little confidence that anyone was actually handling my concerns.
Rather than resolving the issues or communicating proactively, Bloomist ultimately canceled my order. After spending time trying to get information and clarification, having the order canceled instead of properly addressed was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
For a company selling premium home furnishings, I expected a much higher level of customer care, communication, and professionalism. Instead, I was left feeling that my business was not valued and that customer concerns were treated as an inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to order from Bloomist again and cannot recommend them to others.
