Disgusting company. I order flowers Feb 24/26 for a 65 birthday on February 26/26. Followed the tracking and it was in transit Feb 25. The flowers left from Ottawa and went to Quebec even though it should have gone west of Ottawa not east. I went on the chat 3 times and no one ever came on. The flowers arrived to Chalk River Feb 27. 3 days for a 2 hr drive??? Called customer service again as they were all broken and squished when they arrived. No apology, no refund just a $20 store credit nowhere near what I paid. I turned down the credit as I will never use them again. When I was going to order I typed in deep river flowers and they came up with deep river as their area but obviously false advertising. Do not order from this company

I ordered a floral arrangement and basket and spent a long time with an agent to select cat safe flowers in a glass vase. I asked if they could change the colours and was told it would be requested. I also selected an Italian themed product basket for the same friend. Treasure of Tuscany which was mainly sweets and asked to include cheese and take out the Italian pastry.
She asked if I wanted a gift card thinking it was the little card you get at the florist.
The flowers weren’t in a vase as pictured on the website and I wasn’t told this by the agent when ordering. The flowers not only weren’t what I ordered,
they were replaced to others including lilies which are “poisonous to cats”. There were NO Italian products at all and instead of yummy Italian chocolates
they were replaced by cheap Bridge Mix. Nothing what I ordered. They charged me $5.00 for the gift card.
I tried to speak to customer service, the agent kept saying they would give me a credit and said they don’t give refunds which I never asked for.
I wanted service, customer service and an explanation how it could go so wrong, especially for the toxic flowers. Was it the agent who didn’t specify
to fulfilment or they just did what they wanted.
After many calls to speak to customer service. I finally got tired and decided to use the credit for a friend.
The basket was delivered to the wrong address. Again none of the advertised products were in it with
basically only sweets and again cheap Bridge Mix products.
Don’t waste money on a company that has no customer service, obviously doesn't care and doesn’t give you what you ordered. Very very disappointing.
Someone told me they ordered a fruit basket and it arrived with rotten fruit.
Do yourself a favour and avoid the stress aggravation, bait and switch and no customer service.

I ordered flowers on a Thursday for delivery Friday. I then received a message that they could not deliver on Friday because the delivery addresswas out of the area. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. I was notified again that the floral arrangement I had ordered would be slightly altered due to not having stock of all the flowers described in the arrangement. But they were going to ensure an upgrade. There was no upgrade.The flowers arrived Tuesday afternoon and left at the door. Nobody knocked. Nobody rang the doorbell to let my mother know that the flowers had arrived. It wasn’t until she was leaving for an appointment that she realized the flowers were at the door. She brought them in. They were wilted pretty much frozen and looked absolutely nothing like the bouquet of flowers I had ordered. I sent an email to bloomex complaining about the delivery situation and the state of the flowers with zero response. Do not order from this company ever.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to deliver fruit basket/ flower with a bear to a hospital with all the address and room number. Couldn't deliver on the date so moved it to next day. Called as it did not arrive and found out it was coming from another province to be delivered 3 days later. They wanted more money for deliver. I said a very bad words and said no. Reported as fraud on my visa. Don't use this company. Horrible.

I wish I could leave no stars. This company is fraudulent. They took my money and just didn't deliver anything. I've had to report them to visa to try and get my money back. They were rude and unhelpful. I just can't understand companies with such lack of integrity. They are just theives

Well, I didn't learn my lesson...last time I ordered a bouquet of flowers I couldn't believe the size of the bouquet,I try to order the medium size and what my friend receive it was embarrassing...
For her Birthday this year I was in a hurry and my husband told me that Bloomex called me to know If I want to order again this year. I open the app,make and order and again,choose a very nice bouquet size. This morning I got an email saying that unfortunately they don't have the flowers that I ordered, that they are low of stock but they assure me they will work it out to deliver a nice bouquet.
I waited and had some hope until my friend send me a picture of the flowers she received....OMG again,I felt so embarrassed!! Tiny,poor,slim,no even close to my order. So dissatisfied with this company.Never again.
The worst florist experience ever
The worst! Order something to be delivered on Friday. Still not delivered by Monday. Customer service reps could not contact the eshops because they didn’t return their emails. I cancelled and asked for a refund. Customer service tried their best.

They were unable to deliver the flowers to the address that was provided (and confirmed) on the date of a very good friends birthday. While this is understandable, getting them redelivered has been beyond difficult! The chat on their website was useless and speaking with Chandsy on the toll free number is painful! All this to then be asked to call THEM back to pay an additional delivery fee for a different day due to THEM not delivering! I had been on hold for 10 minutes just to get through and now I have to call the toll free number back after they send me an invoice for the additional fee to be paid. This process is beyond annoying and has taken hours to sort out - she wasn't even able to guarantee when I would recieve the invoice and I was unable to pay over the phone. Very bizarre system. Very unimpressed. I fear the flowers won't be best quality either as I have noticed some wilting in the past on bouquets that were delivered on time!
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Ordered a deluxe Lilly bouquet for a funeral. They delivered 6 roses. Not what I ordered. Tried to contact the company for a refund no response. Contacted the better business bureau. They were able to receive a response. Bloomex agreed to give me a credit on my bloomex account. It has no been a month with no credit received. Tried contacting Bloomex again, and no surprise, no response. I will never deal with this company again.

I ordered flowers for someone as I have done for years I have used bloomex for the last 4 years with no issues. This year I got notice that the delivery driver went to the address given and there was no one there .(False as this is a business that has people in the office 5 days a week ) This is the same address that Bloomex has delivered to for the last 2 years. The drivers comment was that he did not want to leave the flowers outside at the door. Driver also said that he called the recipient at the number given and said there was no answer( also left no voice mail ) I truly find that hard to believe as the recipient is a logistics manager. Bloomex got back to me and I asked them to deliver to the home of the recipient and then they told me that there would be another $14.99 delivery charge I told them to forget it and refund my money back to my credit card .After 6 days of sending email every day the finally got back to me saying that the do not refund but could give me a store credit. Bottom line is that I do not want a store credit I want my money back less the deliver charge if so be it

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Bloomex.
My elderly aunt thoughtfully ordered a Valentine’s Day gift for me, trusting Bloomex to handle the delivery with care. Unfortunately, the gift was delivered to the wrong address. What is most concerning is that the company became aware of the delivery error almost immediately, yet no meaningful corrective action was taken.
Instead of arranging a prompt replacement or issuing a refund, Bloomex refused to return the funds and offered only store credit. This left my aunt with no practical choice but to reorder the Valentine’s gift on February 25th — long after the occasion had passed.
The issue here is not simply a delivery mistake. Errors can happen in any business. The real concern is the lack of accountability and the unwillingness to provide a fair remedy when the mistake was clearly on the company’s end.
A gift carries emotional value, especially when it is sent by an elderly family member. The handling of this situation felt dismissive and transactional, rather than customer-focused.

Beware of Bloomex and Florist.ca. The flowers delivered were not even close to the one I ordered/paid for. When contacted, all they did was offer an in-store credit. I asked for a partial refund and they refused.
Wish I could show you pics of what I ordered and what I got. Complete night and day difference. $110.00 bouquet of flowers and my mom got $15.00 grocery store flowers. Had to reorder from another store to get her new ones.

I paid for a supreme size bouquet for my best friend’s 40th birthday. She has never had flowers sent to her before so I was wanting to do something special and splurged. They sent her a miniature version of a bouquet inside of a coffee cup. Although disappointing I figured we could rectify this right away if I contacted their customer service team. Rather than acknowledging the actual concern, they wrote back to tell me that I sent them only a single image and that they cannot verify the damage of a single flower. LOL.. I did not complain about a single flower being damaged. I complained about a very small mini version of a bouquet that I paid a nice amount of money for when it was supposed to be the supreme size as in the largest size available. Please avoid using this company it is a scam.

Ripping off seniors
I work in long term care, I had a resident purchase a bouquet on Feb 13 for her mother who lives in another home. The delivery driver took the flowers to the wrong home. No apology, no refund, only a store credit which didn't even cover half the cost. I'm not sure if these crooks are in the business of ripping seniors off, but if you are looking for decent flowers don't use this business.

Terrible customer service they outright lie. Ordered a sympathy bouquet early in the morning to delivered that afternoon, Saturday February 21, 2026. 45 minutes after they had my credit card payment Bloomex sends a text that the flowers will not be delivered until Tuesday.
I replied to the text immediately to cancel the order because my kids work full-time no one will be home on Tuesday to take delivery.
Got a text confirming my order would be delivered on Tuesday. So I phoned explained I wanted to cancel my order and get a full refund on credit card. That lady said ok my order is cancelled and would be refunded.
After two hours of no text message or email confirming the cancellation. I sent a follow up email.
At 1:45 am Sunday morning I get an email confirming the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday with some kind of upgrade.
Tuesday comes no flowers.. I check order status online says my order is "under investigation" no refund on my credit card
I phoned Bloomex again.. this time I was told my order was cancelled on Saturday the 1:45 am email was automatic but no flowers delivered due to cancellation.. Ok where is my refund? Oh now I am told that they usually give a store credit for a future purchase.. I says "No, I want a full refund on my credit card". so the lady tells on the phone I will get a refund in 2-3 business days from today.
Yesterday Wednesday I check order status on website it was changed from under investigation to "Paid". I phone Bloomex a 3rd . I says I want a refund on my credit card.. the guy says why? I tell him I did not get any flowers.. tell him the whole messy story again. He says he will advance my case to his supervisor requesting a full refund.

this morning Thursday Feb. 26, I got a text message from Bloomex stating my ordered was refunded.. I checked credit card has a refund.
Yesterday I went to local florist bought the flowers in person, they delivered them promptly yesterday afternoon. My kids are delighted.
Never ever order from Bloomex. Lesson learnt.
